I like her wacky style. She has got her own style. It is not conservative look. I like it. So i say Wow!

bit too rock chick on the morning walk of shame for me, but its very her. and the shorts aren’t that short. i have worn shorter, as long as your bum is covered they are not that revealing, and the shorter the shorts the longer the legs look!

If she was going to show her bra, she should have worn a nicer bra! I don’t have a problem with the actual outfit, really, she has fab legs so she should definitely flaunt them. Not sure about the back of the top, but I don’t dislike the look. And what a gorgeous dog she has!
I just hate the back. It’s silly looking, like her shirt got into a fight with a lawnmower and the lawnmower won. I also think a darker denim would have looked better.
The dog however looks perfect and I would likw to make the pup my own.
dont like this outfit…combined with the heels,imo it isnt really appropriate..if it was a different setting like say, at a beach, and without the heels, i wouldve thought it was ok

She’s just dressing like a typical SoCal girl. I don’t see anything inappropriate about it, and it is not strikingly fashionable.

I think if the bra is going to show it should be a pretty bra…and white bras just shouldn’t be seen IMO. A black bra would’ve been better. I also am not a big fan of the rear view here. I like the shirt in the front but the back is slightly TOO shredded. A little less shredding would’ve looked better. She has great legs so the shorts and booties look cute. I wouldn’t say that if she was heavier or less toned.

Hey, at least SHE doesn’t have to look at it from the back. If crass or tactless were fashion movements, that’s what it would look like.
Pick the top or the bottom but working both very rarely works (maybe if you’re someone like Rihanna with the image and personality to pull it off). Miley would have looked better with either the top and full jeans, or the shorts and an undistressed top. Or… at least a beach behind her, a swimsuit underneath, and bare feet.
Otherwise? At least she can say she’s still young. I’d say it just doesn’t work.
The only thing I dislike are the rips in the back of her shirt.
The top looks like my old socks if I use them to clean my bike. I don’t know why anyone would produce, buy or wear that. I don’t mind anyone showing some skin, but the pattern, the cut and the color are all horrible. The first thing I thought when seeing it was “it must smell badly, too”. She has really nice legs and the jeans look good on her.
I like it! It’s out there but not too out there.
Also, out of all celebrities I’m most jealous of her body. It’s so amazing. Only she could pull this off. So jealous.

Its kind of strange how she keeps saying that she’s so conservative and her family never lets her wear revealing clothing but I always see her in these slashed up top things.

AGAIN with the slasher shirt??? I’ll be glad when she finally turns 18 so all the stuff she wears will be less…inappropriate. I’m a teenager too, and I understand that maybe she wants to show some skin, but it gets a bit outrageous at a certain point.

Eh from the front. Ew from the back. Overall, not horrible but definitely not very fashionable. The look just doesn’t quite suit her. I think she tries too hard.
I have serious reservations about anyone that would think this is even remotely stylish or edgy–it looks dated, it’s very early 2000s. It’s not flattering and it’s been done over and over again! Who seriously wants to look like they have a BO problem !? Miley, go take a shower, brush out those tangles and throw a nice dress on! It takes a lot less effort AND it’s more appropriate on all levels at any time. I don’t mind the length of the shorts, but i do mind her looking like she smells like a sewer; nice role-modeling, kid!

wow it looks like it would be hard to carry the dog in the second pic. and im a big fan of her and think she is down to earth with a fun personality. i love her style and how it’s her own. she has a perfect healthy body for her age
