This looks like the same outfit Rachel Bilson wore in your post a couple of weeks ago. Same type of floral see through dress with their bra showing. I think Rachel Bilson looked better.

It reminded me of Rachel Bilson’s outfit too…I liked neither all that much but Rachel’s seemed ok cause it looked like a beach outfit or sth. I don’t think it’s a good look in general, though, but I suppose it’s ok for a Katy Perry concert.
Her boyfriend’s outfit is nice and he’d look pretty good if it wasn’t for his facial expression, but that happens to everyone.

Am I the only one who feels outfits like these make it look like the girl just grabbed her grandma’s nighty that has been worn so many times it has become transparent?
not crazy about the print…but as far as the risque factor, it’s not too bad, considering she’s going to a concert. If she were wearing this to run errands, it would be inappropriate.
