Supermodel Karolina Kurkova attended the 2012 Runway To Win Launch party at Theory in New York City and she did so while wearing a burgundy print dress that seemed to be embellished with a grey leather skirt on top. Do you guys like the look on tall and thin Karolina?

Looks like someone wrapped a giant wad of duct tape around a giant see-through winter sweater.
As usual, “fashion experts” fail miserably, but hey, if it’s a famous label & someone famous wears it, must be good right?
“Designers, your challenge this week is to make a dress using reptile print duct tape and a clear plastic bag that’s been run over by a truck. Make it work!”

So unflattering. Karolina used to have the best bodies out of the VS models now she looks gaunt.
The shoes are definitely the worst part of this outfit. It makes her look like a duck or maybe a goat, I haven’t made my mind up yet.. Although I think she’s really pretty and she has a nice body

Her face looks beautiful and the dress wouldn’t look so bad if the bottom red bit was cut off entirely – would just look like a skirt and blouse haha. And she has the legs to pull off a teeny tiny skirt ANYWAY. Maybe some kind soul with a pair of scissors helped her once she got inside.

I was about to say the same thing as @ Oberserver. The skirt really looks like duct tape and the shoes are not so great.
The only positive thing about it is that at least she seems confident and smiling in that “dress”

Bodywise, hands down one of my favourite bodies, esp. during the VS shows. But nothing will ever make that face attractive, something about it makes me think of an overgrown bird.

Really? I guess people will always have polarizing opinions… I adoreee her face and with that body, I think that she’s perfection. Her face always looks so friendly, like someone you would want to talk to, as opposed to someone like Adriana Lima, who can sometimes look a little harsh and intimidating. Just a thought- dont know if I’m making sense (:

As much as I liked the idea of those Wang sweaters being partly see-through and so on, this is just awful. Maybe Kurkova can get something pardoned for not getting the idea of pairing the sweater with the skirt herself. If they even are separable.

I love her face, always thought she was uniquely beautiful but that dress is awful. The material is very bad too. That was a charity type party where Obama was present, she could have worn something more decent!

I actually like this a lot. I can see the look the designer is going for – having longer dresses peak out from under skirts is something I’ve been seeing around lately on fashion blogs.
And I like this dress’ luxurious fabrics – love velvet, the see through material, and reptile skins.
Everyone says it’s ugly now but once it becomes a popular way to layer in mainstream styling it’ll be like leggings and uggs or leggings under denim skirts – ALL GIRLS WILL BE DOING IT.
