Jessica has a little advantage here, skinniness-wise, since she’s wearing a skin-tight dress which also happens to be black, plus Victoria’s boots (more precisely, their height) are known for cutting the leg and making it appear slightly thicker / shorter (and obviously, even so, she’s ultra thin).
Having all these in mind, the “Skinniest Girl in a Minidress” award goes to… Victoria Beckham or Jessica Stroup?

God, Victoria out-skinnies even the tiniest of teenage actresses. I think Jessica has a gorgeous face – if only she were a bit healthier/thicker…

they both look stunning and gorgeous. but whose the skinniest in the dress? hmm definately the 90210 girl. it wouldnt hurt them to gain a few pounds, but they look fine. normal average skinny women.

i think they’ll look nicee in a bikini. i havent seen pics of them yet, but they’ll probably have to get them altered in extra small, but they’ll look cute in bikinis. definately not voluptious and curvy, but they’ll look great with respect to their body type.
Their bodies aren’t my typical ideal of what I would call sexy but Jessica’a got the prettier face by far

If Victoria had longer hair, it would be a more difficult decision. I like both of them a lot, but I’ll choose Jessica.
