Firstly, I have to say Rachel Bilson is one of my favorite actresses. I loved her so much on the OC. She looks like she has lost a little bit of weight. Her waist is so tiny. It looks great, but a tad too small in relation to her hips. But in my eyes this girl can do no wrong.
loosing weight probably isn’t going to change her WHR very much, it’s just bodytype. plus the shorts probably add a few inches to her hips.

Looks like she has lost some weight and I’m thinking with the too-big shorts that she is wanting to highlight the weight-loss (she is a celebrity she can more than afford a new pair of shorts that fit). I really do not like the look though, but outfit aside she is a very cute girl, even in those clothes, she still looks cute lol.

She looks like she’s roughly 32C – 24 – 35, something along those lines. Would you say that she’s a small pear shape?

I think she looks a little out of proportion (her waist looks like half her hips :p) but maybe that’s due to those shorts

Although she does look like a small pear/skittle shape, and that means she will have a tiny waist and rounder hips. I’m the same shape, and we can look odd in shorts if we don’t look out lol. =)

she is totally cute, and I agree that she usually looks really natural, which IS hard to find in hollywood. Her shorts are this trend that seems to be re-surfacing again, like in the 90′s, the boyfriend jeans? Well baggy guy jeans seem to look better then the shorts. I have a very similar pair and am shaped a lot like Rachel and they make me look shorter and frumpy too, bad choice on my part, but on the other hand, they are the most comfortable shorts ever!
I think she is really pretty and looks to be in great physical shape. I like her style because it’s unique.

What a lovely tiny waist! I have always liked her body sooo much, it is so petite and curvy.
I never guessed it was Rachel because she has a bit of a tan here, and she usually looks quite fair skinned. To be honest, i had no idea who it was! I’ve always been a fan of her body shape, maybe because she’s quite similar to me…. I’m used to seeing the lollipop/vase shaped celebrities, so to see someone who’s more like me makes me feel inspired to like my body more.
