It’s great she doesn’t have any insecurities and complexes and doesn’t mind paparazzi pictures her eating, that’s truly healthy atittude! And of course healthy body but i have to admit, if i had her body i would like to lose some weight because i would feel… big.

For a second i thought it was Hilary but i guess her upper body would look bigger in comparison. She looks great and refreshingly natural (no sexy pout or slicked back hair).

Glad to see her eating a pizza, at least not all Hollywood survives with salads, I always liked JLO’s attitude about females bodies, same with Kim K, but I agree with hayley, if I had that body (and I think is a hot, sexy and amazing body) I wouldn’t be confident enough about myself, I don’t know why I have to be so hard with myself but I find it attractive on other women, it’s weird.
Anyway, I love J Lo body and pizzas by the way…
I’m the same as you; at look at women that are bigger than me,but still consider them really really sexy and like their body. However, i still try to lose more weight as i don’t like myself. Even though, right now, i would really taste that pizza, it looks yummy. hehe
I find it very sad, Uma and Salma, that you guys have bought into our cultural obsessions and don’t like yourselves despite being thin. what a sad way to live
yes I know, I’m spanish, and I’m thin but curvy, always been always will, I have hips, ass, tiny waist and large breast and I’m proud of it but at the same time I can’t help to compare myself to, for example, I don’t know…Jessica Alba, Bar Refaeli and all those VS models and feel bad when I don’t get into a jeans because of my saddlebags or because I have cellulite, and then I see J.Lo, Kim K, Shakira, Beyoncé and make me feel good and I think they have awesome bodies more than this VS models but I can’t help that feeling of “you have to be thin” and I hate it because i know it all media fault, how many ads of anti cellulite creams, diet pills and stuff like that do we see per day? and how many ads use perfect models to sell their stuff? It’s every day, and when you haven’t born with enough confidence in yourself you can’t help to compare yourself to others and feel bad. It’s sad but i’m honest, that is the way I feel.
But I’m very happy to see curvy, and also not perfect women in Hollywood, very happy.
well, compare yourself to jlo, scarlett johanson or kate winslet instead

Any way, this models the tiny one, are photoshopped all the time, getting miracles boobs, or smudging the bones or whatever, your body type is hourglass right you should be really happy about that, because imho those bodies are the sexiest ones. SO stop feeling less than others, this is your body, you should treat it right, because is the only one you gonna get, if you feel like you can tone up a little because of cellulite do exercise, besides cardio is soo good to your heart and overall health..
I do not know you but I would love if you can use the advice, this media thing about being to thin has gone too far.

I love Kelly, she is in TIP TOP shape HOWEVER Beyonce rocks that SUPER SEXY look much better than Kelly. Kelly has no boobs or butt so to put her in a costume that is suppose to look like Beyonce’s little gold number in “Put a ring on it” is just really SAD.

As a thin woman, I would kill to be 15 pounds heavier. No matter how non bony I am I always feel too bony. I guess we are never satisfied with ourselves.

Well, i am thin myself. And my bones show. And i work out. (The closest to what i look like is probably Sienna Miller… even though i am not that toned; i like chocolate, what cand i do
) Still, i am not satisfied. It’s so much easier to like others than to like yourself. That’s why i used to and now come again to this site: it’s diversity and picturing of beauty in so many ways. It’s comforting.
I think it’s about confidence I am a curvy girl I belong to jlo * Kim k * category and honestly I don’t envy skinny girls and I would never lose even one pounde I juts work out to stay firm and tonned so I guess I am a lucky person cus I love my body and I believe that if u’re not naturally skinny so don’t go for it and if u’re not naturally curvy don’t go for it like getting implants it’s so stupid we are what we are because of GOD or Nature wtf .

why is everybody so proud of her eating fast food? I’d rather see her eating healthy (and that neither means junk food, nor a single salad leaf), regardless of her gorgeous body. on the other hand it depends on how she usually eats, if she only treats herself once in a while with fast food, its totally fine.
to those saying she doesn’t have body issues, i have heard else. she has always been proud of her butt (and made it her trademark) but nonetheless has been dieting a lot too.
eating a slice of pizza…which is basically dough with tomato sauce and veggies on top… does NOT mean that it is JUNK FOOD 100% of the time… it could be homemade, it could be veggie pizza on whole grain pizza dough….. and salads… people who THINk salads are healthy are NUTS…. have you ever seen how much salad dressing, go into a salad?! a slice of pizza, even the most unhealthiest kind is not that bad, nor will it break your diet if you are on one, indulging once a week will do you GOOD, and keep you on track and FROM binging, and plus she is a hottie now and prob. 20 years from now.

At our home my husband and I make a pizza on flat bread called a “Flat Out” , top it with spaghetti sauce, mushrooms, spinach, tomatoes and a 1/2 cup mozzerella chesse. Only 350 calories for the whole thing and the size is equal to 3 slices of reg. pizza.
Obviously that isn’t what JLo is eating but by looking at her it’s not like she is eating every day. Everything in moderation:)
Gosh my mum is overly obsessed with what she eats and she is like a size 2. She does eat mostly healthy but she prefers the taste of full cream milk in her cereal and sugars her tea but only with one and like every now and then (more like once a week) she also eats pizza. Some times take out but mostly home made. Although when it’s homemade it’s always like a seafood one with like low fat cheese and full of veggies cause I prefer to go a little less easy on the fat compared to my mum cause I am a little less acive than her. But it’s not like she works out she is just busy.
I meant not to say my mum is not overly obsessed with what she eats lol. I got to remember to check for typoes.
I don’t think it’s bad that she is eating pizza. I highly, highly doubt that’s her normal diet.
Besides it’s good to indulge once a while even on a diet. If you think of our ancestors, whenever they would have a big catch like an ox or something, they would pig out for one to two days. And then for the rest of the week they would forage for wheat, vegetables and nuts until the next catch. I think that’s the diet that our body is most used to, and a diet is more maintainable if you allow yourself a treat.
yeah, that’s why i said its ok if she doesn’t eat pizza the hole time. but still it is FAST FOO @jade, as the piece she is eating is probably pizza hut or another take away thing and not compareable to homemade dough with veggies. you are right, it’s all about the toppings, which in the case of pizza is often very too much cheese. therefore i don’t understand why she is complimented for eating unhealthily.

I guess my question to you is, why do you think pizza, cheese and fast food are unhealthy? Is it because they contain fat and salt?
Fat, salt, sugar, carbs and cholesterol are not unhealthy or bad themselves. Fat is necessary and you have to eat it. As well as salt. As as well as cholesterol and so on. It is only when you eat too much of those things that it becomes unhealthy; IT IS THE ACTION OF EATING TOO MUCH OF IT THAT IS UNHEALTHY, NOT THE FOOD ITSELF. I would consider foods that are poisonous to actually be unhealthy themselves, but not a slice of pizza because pizza won’t actually damage your body if you eat in moderation. Same with so-called healthy foods like oranges and bananas…they are good for you, but in moderation. Eat too many oranges and you get ulcers. Eat too many bananas and your muscles go crazy.
This is not to single you out or anything, your comment didn’t really bother me, but I’m just annoyed by people saying fast food is unhealthy. Fast food, like all other food, is nutrition, not poison. But like everything in life, it is best in moderation.
WORD!! Wow, it has been a really long time since i read such a great comment. And you are totally right, we, human beings, need all the groups of food. And there are some people who actually need to eat bread or carbs b/c of stomach problems. There are so many tricks out there, the right thing to do is to find out what suits you best, what makes you feel good, food is our energy giver, we like it or not. We need it to survive and to function properly, and we need not only veggies and fruits, but also carbs and proteins, and vitamin d or calcium. It’s not a slice of pizza that will make you unhealthy, is eating only pizzas. Same, eat only fruits and vegies and you can get stomach issues. Or onyl meat and see what happens then. BALANCE. That’s the key to health.
is not being proud about her eating fast food (and btw pizza can’t be considered fast food) it’s about seeing a hollywood star and sex symbol not starving herself and realized she is not eating only salads, because the 90% of celebrities, or even more, don’t eat or are always dieting.
Besides that, all of us, celebrities included, every now and then want to eat something that is not “healthy” something with “fat” and delicious, fast food and stuff like that, McDonalds, Chocalate, Bread, hot dogs, fries, pancakes, etc…not always because is not good for health but sometimes we all want to eat something like that and, how many of us have done it and after felt guilty like “i shouldn’t have eaten that”? So we see JLo, a sex symbol with curves one day eating a pizza and not doing her diet routine, and we think “Good for her”!!! she is giving a good example of a healthy body and doesn’t have any problem of skipping her diet, even if she does once a week that’s good, no one should live starving, it’s just insane.

She said she eats healthy but pigs out a couple of times a week.
She said she doesn’t want to be skinny and is proud to be curvy and eat junk food.
well i think jlo looks great but im one of those people who are obsessed with their weight and size if i was that big id be straight on a diet but i do believe you can have a treat a couple of times a week my ideal celebrity body is britney spears and jessica alba before she lost all that weight in either honey or blue sea the one with her in the bikini

) funny me…btw eating a slice of pizza its like 400-500 cal maximum so is like eating lunch or any other meal.A daily calorie intake is 1000-1500 depending on how much you work out.Seeing her body she does work out a lot and also dances,so whats wrong with a slice of pizza not a whole pizza?If she is a celebrity she doesnt have to eat salad all the time,you can be thin even if u eat mcdonalds everyday 1000-1200 cal and you go and work out every day to burn over 700 cal.
No, a normal daily intake is 1500-2000 calories, and if you work out a lot you can get away with 2500 calories. For maintaining the current weight, that is, not losing. What you said is for losing weight, mainly
