I thought it was Kelly Brook because of tiny waist. Wow, it’s Jessica. She lost lots of weight recently.
She has become way to thin…
she has to put some make up on! she looks too unhealthy after she lost so much weight.

I agree, her face looks very washed out and sickly. I don’t know if that’s from lack of makeup and that’s how she usually looks or what.

Wow! I thought it was Kate Beckinsale, I’m not use to seeing such a tiny Jessica Biel. Her figure looks amazing! It always has though. She could use a little make up to put some color in her face but this dress really shows off her waist line.
I just wonder if she is as healthy as she was a year ago? Her shape has totally trasformed.
She has lost weight but I think she looks fine. Losing weight does not automatically mean that you have become unhealthy, especially if you continue to look healthy, just smaller, as in Jessica Biel’s case (and Jessica Alba for that matter).
It’s strange how whenever a celebrity gains 15 pounds, it’s always, “Oh they look so much better! Healthier! blah blah blah” but when a celebrity loses 15 pounds they are, “Unhealthy, sickly blah blah blah.” If a 15 pound weight gain doesn’t drastically change health, then how come a 15 pound weight loss does? Doesn’t make sense.
To be honest, I think she was always slim, but now I think she stopped working out and lost the muscle mass she had from working out. That weight loss can happen without changing your diet at all.
By always, I meant “a lot of the time.” Just clarifying.
Also, when celebrities gain 15 pounds, they are rarely labeled as “unhealthy.” If they get any criticism, it’s about how they looked better when they were thinner. When celebrities lose 15 pounds, they are typically labeled as both unhealthy, and that they looked better when they were bigger.
Agreed. And personally, I don’t think she looks unhealthy. When we talk about health pounds wise ,in her case (and most of times NOT ALWAYS) 15 pounds, isn’t something which makes different.
I agree 100%. I feel bad for these poor women who get accused of an ED for losing 10 pounds. Amazing..

i can tell you right now that I’m NOT one of those people that thinks celebrities look better with 15 pounds. But jessicas face looks so guant. if she was naturally like this, her face wouldnt look that way, it would still look full. shes not naturally this lanky or thin, even back when she was on 7th heaven, she has always had an athetic body.
Oh Gigi, I didn’t mean that people who say celebrities look better with 15 pounds ARE the people that are saying Jessica is unhealthy. A lot of them are, but I don’t think all of them are. Those were two somewhat separate points…one just reminded me of the other. My point about Jessica was that a 15 pound difference might make her look different but it is honestly not going to drastically change her health, especially considering the fact she still looks well within the normal BMI range.
Also regarding her face, it’s always been kind of gaunt-looking to me, even when she was bigger. I think it’s just her bone structure. Maybe now it’s slightly more prominent, but it’s very rare to lose weight immediately off the face. She has a bunch more weight to lose off her body before her face would become affected. I think it’s just the fact that she’s out on the street, no make up, and no photoshop.
For me, personally, when I feel female celebs are looking unhealthy when they lose 15 lbs and look too thin, they were usually on the low end of their weight range to begin with and looked like they shouldn’t have been losing weight. When you’re in the low range of healthy weight, a 15 pound weight loss may have a lot more of a visual impact on your health than a 15 pound gain would. By “visual impact” I mean people can see that you are probably not doing too good when you lose the weight, where as if you gain a bit of weight to go from borderline thin to “normal” looking, you tend to look healthier because people tend to think that being in the mid to higher end of normal weight is healthier than being in the lower end of normal weight.

And to add, I don’t think it is more healthy to be “normal” than it is to be “slim”, I know plenty of women that looked like they were toeing the line to being “too thin” but were perfectly healthy, I meant that as an “in general” comment, and wasn’t supposed to be “how it always is” comment 
You took the words right out of my mouth. Well, technically my head. Jessica looked amazing before losing weight, so she looks a little gaunt when she’s thinner. That doesn’t mean she’s unhealthy, I just prefer her athletic-not so thin- body.
I think most people are talking in regards to her face which looks pretty sullen and gaunt but that could just be because she isn’t wearing any make-up and we aren’t used to seeing her like that.
i agree 100%!! i think she looks fine. it seems if you gain some weight nobody makes a big deal but if you lost some weight, it’s always, “she’s unhealthy”, “she looks anorexic” and whatnot. jessica was always a thin girl with a nice shape. not to mention she is wearing a dress that is not showing off her body like most of the outfit she wears that do show off her figure. i think she looks good and healthy if you ask me.

her face looks like a horse. definitely lost way too much weight.
she is not looking that hot these days, i think she kind of lost her sexy curvy figure just a wee bit, being this thin doesn’t work for me.. and that dress is ugly does nothing for her or me

Sorry, but losing your muscles is not healthy. She didn’t have any fat, she was very toned and fit, now she is ill looking. If you lose fat, ok, if you lose muscle, not ok. I have lost muscle weight, b/c i was extremely ill and one year later am still very weak. Yet my face still looked better than Jessica’s. I just think back at 7th Heaven, she was Gorgeous. Sorry, i will not applaude what she is doing to herself.
I knew it was her. You’re so right, two years ago I stopped my routine and lost 17 pounds of muscle, not good.
I think she looks great; I love her outfit.
A little color from some makeup would be nice, though.

Healthy or not, her face looks like crap. The face is usually a good indication of what’s going on.
Body does look pretty good though. I’d switch it for mine in a heartbeat.
