I love Whitney but what was she thinking. You can’t go out in public looking like that and she has some unattractive legs and butt. She looks horrible.
I totally agree, why would you show off your legs if they looked like that? They’re so shapeless and that is one uuugly outfit.
that is a horrible look. Not too mention that her body is horribly thin as well. I like a healthy look and this just screams bony and scrawny in my opinion. Yuck.

I was actually looking at the girl next to her and thinking of how much I wish my legs look that skinny.
However, I admit that the both girls are skinny and I just prefer a very skinny figure for myself. But at the same time, I love the look of curvier, non-waifish bodies like Hayden Panettiere’s…but I can’t stand any extra weight on myself.
You know we all have different looks we prefer, and we are all different in what we think is the right thing for us, so just because I think its too thin doesn’t mean it would be on you. I’m just thinking of my own bodyshape and how I want my body to look like.

I guess she’s saying with her outfit that we should all go back to the nineties. Because it’s the next big thing… I think it comes across entirely thought out. It just proves she’d rather come across as avantgarde than as pretty and beautifully dressed. Well bless her, but she looks like crap and poo all bunched up.

Wow, I finally got this guessing thing wrong. I thought it was Mischa Barton, but to be totally honest I really had no clue.
LOL! thats a horrid outfit but seriously even her face aint attractive here and lookin past the clothes her bod aint to hot (imo) either! it just goes to show what fabulous wonders lots of hair and makeup and tan and lighting and camera angles and photoshop and basically smoke and mirrors can do to change someones appearance! we could all be as ‘hot’ as these holywood women and i can guarentee we prolly are hotter than a lot of them in reality! look and learn girls and be proud to have what u have!!!

ouch, from the back i thought it would be some skinny celeb looking like trash but still kinda hot, in low-cut shorts. she just looks nerdy, now that’s good job, pulling of the nerd look practically having no pants on. 90′s are coming back though, seems SO quick, eahhhh. but the grunge-ish clothes, skinny violet, yellow and pink jeans and all that great from the 80′s has been around for quite a few yrs now, so, time to move on! Yeah but, even though she is stick thin she is not toned at all. Saggy can equal thin as well, unfortunately. Just a proof that being skinny doesn’t imply a beautiful body. Here i was thinking she looked horrible at the mtv movie awards. She just prove it can be much worse.
