Tadaa! It’s Stephanie Pratt, who recently gained a little weight – the weight went to her middle area, but she managed to maintain her slim legs.
HAHA! I still don’t know who Stephanie Pratt is. :-p

I disagree, I think it’s a fairly smart fashion choice: It hides the place most affected by her weight gain (stomach) because the dress is loose (doesn’t hug the figure) and is black (slimming), and it shows off her slimmest parts: arms and legs.
I also agree that it’s bad fashion choice. It looks like a mui mui or a black grocery bag. You’d have to be a model to wear something like that to try to even pull it off.
I was getting ready to say whoever it is don’t let her in….Umm very unflattering from behind. Maybe its the odd posture in the picture!!
