Holly Madison, who was told a while back by the producers of her show to lose weight, recently shared some thoughts on her love for food and changing eating habits in Star Magazine:
‘I love chicken fingers, I love French fries. I love desserts. I’m not just into dessert of just into savoury food. I love it all. I’m a pig. I love food. So it takes a lot of discipline to eat healthy. Recently, I’ve really gotten my eating habits back on track. [I have] a protein bar for breakfast, fruit as a snack and a healthy chicken salad for lunch. Then I will get a grilled chicken breast for dinner, with avocado and vegetables on the side. I love adding BBQ sauce too.’
I have a treadmill in my house, which is great because even if I jump on it for a little bit, it makes me feel better. I love yoga and Pilates too. I have a private Pilates instructor I go to once a week. If I could have a Barbie body, which has no cellulite, I totally would. I would like to have a flatter stomach, but that won’t happen either. That is never going to happen. No matter how much weight I lose, my stomach, below the belly button, always pooches out.’

I workout nearly every day. It is hard work. Don’t let the pictures and everything fool you as far as people having a baby and then the next day looking amazing. It takes a lot of work. I feel like women always need to give themselves a break in that area as well.

Umm, what? Let’s see this story from US Weekly:
“I’ve been working out from, like, 5 a.m. to 7 p.m. for two months now. I’ve been working out really hard because I had this pool party and I was like, I have to be in shape,” she told Us Weekly. “And I was actually a lot overweight (???). It was the most I’ve ever been because I’ve kind of been in hiding eating pie with my husband and puppies, so I needed to get back in shape.”
At her heaviest, the 5′2″ reality star claimed she weighed 130 pounds; she’s currently back down to 103. How did the Hills alum lose 27 pounds so quickly?
“I’ve been running a lot, and I’ve been doing weights,” she said. “When you work out, you boost your metabolism, so you have to [make sure you eat enough].”
Montag — who listed pie and fried chicken as her weaknesses — said she’s been noshing on apples, cherries and salads to slim down. After famously undergoing 10 cosmetic surgeries in late 2009, Montag added that decided to take a year off from the gym.
“My breasts, because they’re so big, really needed some time,” she explained. “So I’m just starting to work out again after my surgery. Sometimes I get shooting pains, but I hear that’s normal.”

Reality TV star Kristin Cavallari recently revealed that she felt ‘fat’ in her The Hills days (?!?)… from Daily Mail:
‘I remember filming The Hills and I saw a photo of myself in a bikini and thought I looked really fat, and I went on a crazy diet,’ she told People magazine. ‘It’s hard when people judge you.’
Now at 5’3 1/2″, the reality star weighs a lean 109lbs, the result of several work-out sessions with her trainer.
‘I worked out with my trainer three times a week then did cardio on the treadmill for 40 mins. But the biggest thing for me was cutting out alcohol; when I’m hungover, I eat whatever I want,’ she said.
‘When I first started dating Jay I gained about 8lbs. And it was like ‘I’ve got to get back to the gym. I can’t eat like a 6’4″ guy!’ she said.
And when Kristin does slip her toned and tanned body into a bikini, she says she will always select the skimpy kind.
‘I automatically go to string bikinis. I really have no shape, and it gives me a bit of a butt,’ she said.
