What is Blake eating to maintain her amazing figure and fabulous legs? Let’s find out from US Weekly:
Blake Lively — who flashed her gams in a Marchesa mini at Monday’s Met Gala — has been hitting the gym with star trainer Bobby Strom to shape up for Green Lantern (which costars Ryan Reynolds).
“She always looks good,” Strom told Us of the Gossip Girl star, 22. “But she has to do stunts, so we’re focusing on core and strength training.”
Her workout routine includes four-day-a-week, 90-minute circuit training sessions full of planks, pushups and walking lunges in a gym near the film’s (out June 2011) New Orleans set.
“She looked at her stomach and said, ‘I have abs!’” Strom tells Us.
Her diet? Oatmeal with a handful of blueberries, salads with chicken and balsamic vinaigrette for lunch and fish and veggies for dinner. (Lively also blends fruits and veggies with a juicer, and avoids noshing on too much dessert by eating just a “fork-full.”)
Her food splurge: The 5-foot-10 actress loves to cook and eat Greek food.
“You would not believe what she could consume,” Strom says. “The Greek fest that she made… crepes with cream cheese in them… we could only eat half of it. She ate all of hers and then went back and ate somebody else’s half.”
What do you guys think about her diet and workout sessions?

“Sexiest woman in the world” Cheryl Cole recently opened up about her diet and workout – let’s see what she has to say:
On Her Diet Plan:
‘I watch what I eat, not to stay slim but to feel good,’ she said. ‘Recently my mother told me about Eat Right 4 Your Type, in which you’re told what to eat and what to avoid depending on your blood type. It has made such a difference – not so much to my shape, but to how I feel and my energy levels. Before I was like ‘energy schmenergy’ and didn’t believe it. But now I believe it 100 per cent. ‘My only trouble is that I can’t do without sugar,’ she said. ‘I think I might have some sort of sugar imbalance. Sometimes I feel like I just need a chocolate bar. To be honest you can’t put yourself under that much pressure, so I don’t deny myself anything.
On How She Works Out:
‘I have a really hectic schedule but it does have some health benefits – I get to work out without working out,’ she said. ‘It’s literally full-on performances back to back, and all the choreography, training and rehearsals that go into them, that’s a real workout.’

Brooke Shields has a little something to share about how she looks great at age 44:
Preserving that sexy bod.
“Having two kids helps. You eat less for some reason because you end up picking at what they had to eat and don’t eat real food. I’ve always danced and I spin and I love doing yoga. I don’t exercise every day, but in New York, it’s easier because we walk everywhere. So we’re walking all the time. I make my kids do that too.”But she’s not a fitness fanatic.
“It’s sort of a cliche, but it’s definitely been post-children and just surviving my 30’s. It sounds so granola, but I sort of celebrate what I do have rather than what I don’t have. You spend so many of your early years, or I did, focusing on the things that I wasn’t. I was never petite. I was always getting unfavorably compared to other people. Finally, I started saying, ‘You know what, I am going to wear heels. I don’t care if I’m 6′4″ when I wear heels. Why should I compromise?’ There’s something freeing about not wanting to look 22 anymore. So as I’ve gotten older, I’ve given myself a little bit more of a break.”
… says Brooke in Parade Magazine.
