On how she snapped back in shape quickly after giving birth:

“You get busy with twins and you feed them so they help you to recover very fast. So I helped them help me.”

Even though in 2009, Jordin Sparks was quoted saying:

“I love food and I love my curves. I’m very strong-willed and I’m stubborn in that sense to where I’m just like, ‘No, I won’t be that way.”

… the 21 year-old singer joined the ‘weight loss’ club recently and shed 30 pounds.

How did she do it? By working out with a personal trainer:

“Any time I find time — or I’m not sleeping — he’s like, ‘Let’s work out, let’s do something.’ I’m like, ‘no,’ but he gets my butt up and I’ve got to do it,” Jordin says. “It’s fun to do that. He doesn’t keep the same thing every time,” Jordin says. “He shocks the body so you’re running, you’re doing throwdowns, you’re doing stairs, you’re doing lunges.”

LeAnn Rimes has been the target of many ‘you’re too skinny!’ comments recently, so she decided to reply via Twitter, saying:

“I am completely healthy! If people only saw how much I ate…”

“OVER It is right! I know how healthy I am, so really that’s all that matters.”

“Maybe it’s time for a nude pic so peeps can see how I look nowhere near what these stupid pics are trying to make me look like, LOL.”

Playmate Jayde Nicole has a not-so-friendly advice for Holly Madison (who has recently gained a little weight, but is proud of her curves):

“She needs to lose 10 pounds of fat,” Jayde tells Life & Style. “If she lost 10 pounds and toned up a little bit, she’d be back in the shape she used to be.”

“To star in a show like Peepshow, you want to be in the best shape you could possibly be. And Holly would never get picked for Playboy now,” adds Jayde. “If you’re a model, you’re expected to be in good shape. That’s your job.”

With her wedding just a few months away, LeAnn Rimes went on a diet to slim down before the big day – but has she taken it too far?

Although LeAnn’s rep denies the story, according to a course, LeAnn is thinner than she’s been in years, and she’s still losing. The source reveals that LeAnn is a bundle of nerves over marrying Eddie Cibrian, and she’s dieting and working out more than ever before.

“LeAnn is determined to look her best,” the source says. “Eddie likes skinny girls, so LeAnn seems to be dieting to keep him interested.”

During a gathering in their Hidden Hills neighborhood, a witness says that LeAnn sipped water and avoided alcohol.
