Filmmaker Jesse Rosten launched a few days ago a spoof commercial called ‘Fotoshop by Adobe’ in order to highlight the extensive use of Photoshop in today’s magazines and promotional campaigns.

The video presents a few of Photoshop’s most used tools and effects, such as Liquifiying (as in making on skinnier, elongating and narrowing their figure), Brightening (of the eyes, skin and teeth) and Healing (of skin imperfections). And the tagline of the video says it all very well: ‘this commercial isn’t real and neither are society’s standards of beauty’.

The 2012 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Calendar is out and it brings us 12 bikini hotties in tiny beach ensembles (stay tuned for future posts!) – and one of them is former covergirl Brooklyn Decker! Her shot in the calendar comes accompanied by a video where Brooklyn walks around in a bikini and explains, at the same time, what the SI experience meant to her career. Here’s one little quote from Brooklyn’s video interview:
