Giuliana Rancic’s Meal Plan

We’ve had a million requests to post ultra skinny Giuliana’s diet and excessive ‘how to save calories’ tips, so here it is: a full, detailed meal plan coming from ‘Don’t eat cupcakes!!’-Giuliana, via her website.

Some of the ‘highlights’:

- she is not eating for about 3 hours after she wakes up, but works out.

- she considers ‘having a few bites of pasta’ once a week her ‘cheating’.

- she constantly consumes cayenne pepper in her water to increse her metabolism.

- she makes it clear many times: NOT ONE DROP OF BUTTER EVER, NO OIL!

WAKE UP
I wake up at 4:35 am and i’m at the gym by 5am so i don’t have enough time to eat and digest before i get on the treadmill. Therefore, since i DON’T drink coffee, I drink a tea called Yerba Mate. I boil a pot of it at night and put it in a tall glass or pitcher and let it cool down in the fridge overnight. In the morning, I start drinking it right when I wake up so that I have energy by the time I get to the gym. Yerba Mate can be found online or at grocery stores and most brands are good. I love it because it is a NATURAL source of great energy perfect before a workout.

BREAKFAST
After my workout, I head to my 6:30 morning meeting and I drink a 16 oz bottle of water with lemon and a pinch of cayenne pepper in it. This is a great way to wake up your body and get it ready for the food you will soon put into it. I sip my hot green or oolong tea (teagarden.com) from Dr. Tea’s Garden. He is on Melrose Blvd at a place called Tea Garden and before my wedding he had me drinking various slimming teas like oolong and another he made for me called Ti Kwan Yin Oolong. I believe Dr. Tea is moving locations, so I am going to start ordering off his website (teagarden.com) I drink two to three cups a day. I have gotten a few people at work on tea (instead of coffee) and they looove it!!! Coffee can actually hold onto fat whereas green and oolong tea flushes fat out (love that). At this time, I also open up a bottle of GT’s Kombucha in Citrus or Gingerade flavor (gtskombucha.com) I’m also loving the Gingerberry flavor which tastes the best of the three. I sip this throughout the day because it is very good for you and it totally helps with hunger cravings. (see below under Drinks for more info)

Super skinny TV personality Giuliana Rancic just launched a new diet and fitness website that promises to offer its readers workout tips and lots of low-calorie recipes for a ‘fun and healthy’ life. Let’s find out more from Giuliana via Radar:

“I love Fab Fit Fun,” Giuliana said. “It is a way to connect directly with people and offer up healthy tips for everything from food to drinks to my favorite new exercise. I love sharing all the cool things that I have learned about and hope that it inspires other people to live in a healthy, fun way.”

“If you’re drinking you can have skinny drinks – don’t do a margarita, they’re so much sugar. Drink tequila on the rocks with extra lime juice so it tastes really yummy.” She also warns against going overboard on sweets:

“As far as cupcakes, don’t have it! Just don’t do it. Or do it once a week. Maybe twice a week. If you start doing it too much the taste gets in your system. Especially if you’re drinking a little bit so just skip dessert. Instead when you’re craving something sweet just have an apple. You’ll feel so much better the next day.”

Giuliana and her husband Bill Rancic have gone through grueling fertility treatments, none of which have resulted in a baby for the couple. She spoke to RadarOnline.com about the mean advice people give her on Twitter, especially the taunts about her weight, telling her to just “eat a cheeseburger” and she’ll get pregnant.

“I tried eating a cheeseburger, it didn’t work! I took a pregnancy test right after I ate a cheeseburger so sorry everyone who tweeted me that great advice – it didn’t work. It’s kind of crazy that there are ignorant people out there. The bottom line is a lot of people have fertility issues. Overweight people, underweight people, healthy people. At the end of the day, unless your doctor tells you, weight doesn’t really have anything to do with it.”

Today, we had a full model day, filled with a wide range of body shapes and sizes: first, we got to see toned and thin Irina, then nicely-proportioned WPlus model Robyn, then two bikini hotties: curvy and ultra busty Jessica and slim and fit Esti.

To complete the day and the range, here’s super skinny model Chloe Memisevic in a variety of runway pictures from Fashion Week, as well as in a few ads. Chloe has been receiving a lot of media attention lately because of her ‘worryingly thin’ frame and ‘gaunt face’ – her BMI is rumored to be under 15 (18.5-24.9 = healthy) and her measurements are, according to FMD: 31-23-34  / 79-59-86 at 5’11” / 1.80 m.
