On growing up:

On gaining weight:

A few days ago, various sources started labeling Miley’s cleavage as ‘fake!’, after the actress appeared in a low-cut dress that showed off a nice bust. Miley’s response to these rumors:

“Thank you for the compliment but these babies are all mine. I wish they’d realize you don’t have to be fake to be beautiful!…HA! Yeah! And I’m 19!!! BOOBS GROW PEOPLE!”

Queen Latifah opened up to Essence Magazine about the struggles a plus-size woman (‘curvaceous’ in her words) deals with when purchasing clothes:

On finding clothes as a plus-size woman:

“A lot of manufacturers don’t respect the curvaceous woman. They don’t respect our dollar or our shape.”

On desigining her own clothing line that will include sizes from 2 to 24 US:

“I’m happy to make women’s clothing I really like. I mean these are things that are really beautiful, but they’re very wearable. We’re really trying to make sure that they have the best fabrics possible, that it feels good on the body. They are stylish clothes that fit my body, and make me look good and feel good about myself.”
