On how she snapped back in shape quickly after giving birth:

“You get busy with twins and you feed them so they help you to recover very fast. So I helped them help me.”

“It’s not important. I’m not a model. I’m not there to wear a size 2 or 0 or 4. I’m going to find the dress that’s going to fit the body at the time. But it happened to be that the weight loss [happened] very rapidly. And genetically, I’m very lucky too.”

… says 42 year-old Celine.

Even though in 2009, Jordin Sparks was quoted saying:

“I love food and I love my curves. I’m very strong-willed and I’m stubborn in that sense to where I’m just like, ‘No, I won’t be that way.”

… the 21 year-old singer joined the ‘weight loss’ club recently and shed 30 pounds.

How did she do it? By working out with a personal trainer:

“Any time I find time — or I’m not sleeping — he’s like, ‘Let’s work out, let’s do something.’ I’m like, ‘no,’ but he gets my butt up and I’ve got to do it,” Jordin says. “It’s fun to do that. He doesn’t keep the same thing every time,” Jordin says. “He shocks the body so you’re running, you’re doing throwdowns, you’re doing stairs, you’re doing lunges.”

When asked how many nights per week she goes to bed wearing makeup, she replies, “Seven. That is not good for your skin, but I’m blessed with good genes.”

What is good for her skin? The sunblock she carries around in her beauty bag.

“I don’t like to tan my face because it’s bad for wrinkles,” she explains.

Claire on plastic surgery: “I’m really fortunate in that I’m still quite young, and can get away with a lot, and my body is very forgiving. We’ll see how things progress. I think it’s great that women have so much choice now, and choice in products that are backed by science. As long as people are aware of potential risks, and they’re working closely with a doctor, I say go for it. These are real intimate personal decisions, and I don’t think anyone should judge anyone.”

LeAnn Rimes has been the target of many ‘you’re too skinny!’ comments recently, so she decided to reply via Twitter, saying:

“I am completely healthy! If people only saw how much I ate…”

“OVER It is right! I know how healthy I am, so really that’s all that matters.”

“Maybe it’s time for a nude pic so peeps can see how I look nowhere near what these stupid pics are trying to make me look like, LOL.”
