Olivia Munn is featured in and on Shape Magazine this month, where she talks about her idea of a diet and about believing in the numbers on the scale:
Shape: Obviously, your TV habit isn’t making you pack on weight. In fact, we hear you lost 16 pounds in two months a couple of years ago. How did you do it?
Munn: First, I made up a diet I called, “If I can’t see it, I don’t buy it.” For example, if you buy a roasted chicken at the store, it sounds healthy, right? But those brown juices in the pan are made of what? Sugar? Soy sauce? If I don’t know for sure, it’s not going in my mouth.
Shape:Do you use a scale?
Munn: Absolutely. I need to see the hard numbers in order to stay on track. I don’t believe in the “jeans” test because it’s easy to cheat – I have a pair that fits like sweatpants because I haven’t washed them since 1998! God forbid I’d have to go through the pain of stretching them out again.
… says Olivia.

“I’m not even bothered about my weight. I’ve just been on holiday and I’ve eaten like a pig. Plus, I’ve got a McDonald’s up the road from where I live. I’ll turn into a hamburger soon! Am I on any diet at the moment? McDonald’s! Chicken nuggets, cheese quarter-pounder meals with fries and a banana milkshake. Currys.”

September 13, 2011 in LeAnn Rimes by Versus

A short while back, Giuliana Rancic told the press that she fels LeAnn Rimes was too skinny. Check out her words and LeAnn’s reaction in this post!
Today, Giuliana tries to complete her initial message:
The first person that came to mind — cause that bikini shot of her had just came out — was LeAnn Rimes. I know she’s lost a lot of weight, but I like her when she’s curvier. I interviewed her when her Shape magazine cover just came out, and I thought she looked amazing, and that’s all I said — it was pretty harmless. If someone said to me, I like you curvier, I wouldn’t take that as an insult.
I didn’t say she’s ugly skinny or that she needs to gain weight. What’s wrong with saying a girl is pretty [when she’s] curvy?
… says Giuliana.

“I did my first day of workout since I had the baby, just cardio for 40 min. -it’s a start. Anyone else starting a fitness regimen?(sic) My doc told me I could start after 2 wks. -im going light, stationary bike and elliptical. Start with walking and throw in 3 sets of lunges 20 per leg. U could do it while strolling ur baby. Commit to 10 min a day for a wk then add another 10 until u get up 2 40 min a day. It’s easier to ease into it.(sic)”
