More and more sources seem to say that Kim Kardashian is really into plastic surgery these days – the latest one: In Touch, who claims that since her divorce, the brunette has been visiting the plastic surgeon a lot:

Recent photos of Kim Kardashian show her sporting a plumper pout. A friend of Kim’s confirms to In Touch: “Kim is even more addicted to plastic surgery than ever before.”

While the 31-year-old star has always been overly concerned with her looks, plas say she’s become obsessed ever since her October split from Kris Humphries and subsequent fall from grace.

Instead of retreating from the public eye to regroup, Kim’s putting all her focus on her appearance.

“She’s becoming more and more absorbed in her self image,” says a source.

In her latest bid for physical perfection, plastic surgeon Dr. Matthew Schulman believes Kim underwent a lip augmentation.

“It was likely done with a filler like Restylane,” he tells In Touch. Celeb makeup artist at Valery Joseph salon Rachel Gangemi agrees: “There is no way lip gloss and lip liner can create that much volume!”

While fillers may be helping her get closet to her beauty ideal, her antics are only driving friends and family further away.

“Her sisters think she’s so vain,” says the source. “They feel like all she cares about is her image.”

Reese on plastic surgery: “I’m not for it. I’m not against it. I have plenty of friends who do stuff and if it makes you feel good, great … but I don’t think it’s the fix for some sort of unease that you’re having about who you are as a human being. I don’t think I need plastic surgery at this point: Can we just go day-by-day on that one?”

On body image (she has an underwear scene in her new film): “‘I don’t worry about it. I have the body I earned: I had two kids and I’m still strong and healthy. And you start to have a different respect for your body the older you get. Instead of tearing yourself apart all the time, you start to go ‘Oh wow.’”

Jennifer Aniston talked to InStyle this month about opting for cosmetic procedures and skin issues:

“I’ve started getting those little sun spots. Things are beginning to pop out. Even the texture [of my skin] is changing. So I’ve recently started zapping the spots and getting spray tans whenever I can. And I’ve graduated to using SPF 60 sunblock when I’m on the beach.

People think that I do a lot of injections, but I don’t. I’m not saying that I haven’t tried it … but I see how it’s a slippery slope. All that cosmetic stuff looks ridiculous on me.”
