Mom of two Gwyneth Paltrow got the press talking about possible ‘boob jobs’ or ‘boob work’ after being photographed in a bikini last month – Gwyneth loves to talk about the hard work she puts into keeping fit and fab, but it also sounds like she is not against getting a little help:

‘I still refuse to use silicone, Botox or other of those gimmicks out of pure vanity.’But a breast correction after breast feeding — why not?’

‘There’s actually nothing else to restore the original condition, isn’t there?’

 44 year-old Salma Hayek brings today’s quote on why she is not opting for plastic surgery:

“I believe that every woman is entitled to fight to preserve her youth. But not by becoming overly surgified by celebrity dermatologists. It’s like the uniform of a generation. And it’s not necessarily beautiful. It’s not wrinkled-looking, but it’s not beautiful. I’ve never had anything done on my face. I’ve never had dermabrasion or peels or injections of any kind, nothing.”

Denise Richards recently revealed some info about a plastic surgery gone wrong:

“When I was 19, a doctor put in bigger implants than what I asked for. I was in such a hurry to get them that I didn’t research my doctor. I just thought because they’re a plastic surgeon, they must be good. You have to be your advocate for your own body and ask 100 questions.”

“I felt very vulnerable. was getting ready to film [1998's] Wild Things, and I didn’t want to get into a lawsuit with some plastic surgeon. It wasn’t right what the doctor did, but it is what it is.”
