Skinny VS Curvy

Long-time-no-see Uma Thurman made an appearance at an afternoon event the other day… looking like this. Umm, Uma is slim and tall and she’s got the look to pull off a great range of unflattering or quirky clothes – but what about this purple getup? Do we love it, do we hate it?

P.S. I’ll let you decide about the whole look, but the stains are definitely not Wow.

This one deserves to be in the Wow or Eww bunch, since fishnets and glossy, above the knee boots combos are… tricky combinations, to say it nicely – and that’s regardless of how skinny one is.

I’m not whether I want to label the outfit witha Blah (yes, the middle option does exist, feel free to use it) or as an Eww, but I do have something very ”Wow”to say about AnnaLynne’s look: I wish more celebs would abandon their extremely fake looking, super bleached, almost white hair colorand go for more natural blond tones, such as AnnaLynne’s. (Christina, *cough* Aguilera *cough*).

In yet another (proven to be successful) attempt to make people talk about them, here is another page of the novel called “Heidi and Spencer Can Not Possibly Be More Ridiculous”.

In previous chapters, you’ve all admired how Barbie and Ken (that now go under the names Heidi and Spencer) have tasted champagne from shiny crystal glasses wearing their swimsuits, how they’ve took long and romantic walks on the beach while posing from the right angles that favor Heidi’s pretty cleavage and how they’ve kissed passionately and spontaneously while mansion-hunting. Many say that Jessica Biel has one of the fittest bodies in Hollywood and we’re not about to argue with that… Some say that she’s got the best booty ever, that even embarrasses JLo and Kim Kardashian – yeah, she might. Others say that she’s got one hot boyfriend – uh huh. A somewhat decent career in Hollywood, blah blah. So yes, everything seems OK, but we know something that Jessica Biel certainly doesn’t have: a fresh face! Well, maybe she might, after spending 4 hours in the beauty salon, 2 hours in make-up and 3 hours of hair styling, plus, well 7 hours in Photoshop. But without all these, Jessica looks like the above, meaning like a super tired face attached to a hot (too bad we can’t see it) body.

OK, let’s see. The bad? This is truly an unflattering angle. The good? Even from such an unflattering angle, Katie looks slim (and we all know that in 98% of the pictures, she looks downright skinny). More of the bad: Katie’s hair blah, the make-up blah again. Seems that the hair accentuates her lost cheeks – which, apparently, are the result of Victoria Beckham’s “let’s diet” influence, if we listen to Katie’s hubby’s words. The good? The choice of clothes, for a change. Why? Because well, we are used to see miss Tom Cruise dressed like, well, Tom Cruise or like Tom Cruise’s mom. But that is not the case here, cause she is almost, almost dressed her age.
