We’re used to seeing them doing sexy poses in catalogs or on the runway – but this time, Adriana Lima and Doutzen Kroes seem a little edgier in a new spread from 2012 Sports Issue of V Magazine, where they show off their abs and sculpted figures while engaged in a hot & rough fight.

Reality TV star Audrina Patridge brings a little quote on her assets and workouts:

This is my best asset – my stomach. I’ve always had a flat stomach. I eat anything I want, but you have to eat in moderation. You have to balance it out, and be active at least five days a week.

I love Pilates, I’m into Pilates now. I don’t like going to the gym, so I find things to do outside, and I do have little five and ten pounder weights. If I’m sitting there, I’ll lift them and do squats and do leg-ups, sit-ups, stroll a little on the beach or in the park. I love riding bikes. I go and find anything possible. I walk my dog. Anything!

Fergie posed for Lucky Magazine this month and she shared her secret on getting a perfect tummy:

On getting her washboard abs: “It’s funny because abs are one of the most difficult parts for me. I jog and jump rope; if you concentrate on holding your abs in the whole time, you can really see the difference.”

It’s been a while since we last heard Kim Kardashian talk about her curvy figure, how she adores it, how she’s losing weight and how she’s a tiny size, so it’s about time for a refill from Kim’s ‘I love / hate my figure’ repertoire.

On her body dislikes:

“I really don’t like my thighs. No matter how much running I do, I just can’t get them how I want them to be. I wish they were smaller. But you know what? They are a part of me and I have to learn to love them. I’m still learning, though!”

On her abs:

“I work hard to keep it flat, so I’m pretty proud of it. I make sure I do sit-ups every day – I have to. I try to do at least 200 every day. But then I also do loads of working out and running, so it’s a bit of a combination.”

On being curvy:

“When I was a teenager I hated being curvy. But, as you grow up, you learn to love yourself and everything about you. At every stage, there’s a point when you’re uncomfortable but you grow out of it.”
