Rihanna in w White Dress at NRJ Music Awards

Rihanna stepped on the red carpet at the NRJ Music Awards 2010, held at Palais des Festivals in Cannes yesterday…
… and she made her entrance in a long white and silver dress that was kinda see-through on top.
How do you like her look for this red carpet occasion?

Yeah her hair looks really bad. It would be better if that hair wasn’t a weave, however, it clearly is. I think she’s beautiful though

Why did her dress have to be topless? Why couldn’t the silver continue over the top? It would have been a good dress in that case.
I think Rihanna is proof that just because you flash your privates around doesn’t mean you’re going to become famous or successful. In fact, her popularity seems to have plummeted when she started doing so. I think she could be a great example for all of the younger celebrities who don’t understand how to dress sexy AND decent, like Taylor Momsen.
Not that I’m saying celebrities should dress conservatively. On the contrary, I think all celebrities should wear a dress like this once in a while and embrace their sexuality. It’s just, when you do it ALL the time at EVERY event, it becomes desperate and the sexuality is forced, and that’s just bleh.

Me too, for some reason i do like the reason. We seem to be in a minority over here though.
I actually like her hair! I like how it is so very short, yet she can still wear it in a way that looks feminine. I like the lace-esque part of her dress, although I think it would be prettier with a white under-skirt (or even a black one, to avoid the wedding dress look!) than the silver one. I also think her makeup is gorgeous – the person who did it may have gone slightly overboard with too-light concealer, but the overall look is stunning! She looks really young and fresh here.
Not too fond of the dress or the hair, very glad that she is wearing a bra though.
