Christina Applegate Brings the Quote of the Day
July 31, 2010 in Celebrity Quotes, Pregnant Celebrities by Versus

On being pregnant:
“My ass is as big as much stomach, so nothing really fits right. You have to go through a lot of different styles and shapes to see what looks right on you.”
… says Christina.

I know what it means to have a big stomach altough i`m not pregnant cos i do have a bit of a big stomach,it`s on the side of my dad which are all like that but we bit of a diet a manage, but that`s what i ask to my self “imagine when i get pregnant how worst it`s gonna get”.The thing is if you ate a big portion of food like for example pasta(which is my favriote) if bloated and my stomach pomps out which i really hate it.I try to look at my beautiful side then, try not to let me getting down, that`s my weak point.
You still look beautiful Christina
I don’t think she meant to say that she looks ugly now. She just finds it harder to be pregnant and still look fashionable! Which is probably the case for many women.
I agree. I’ve never been pregnant, but I can’t imagine my body changing at such a rapid rate. I just remember how awkward going through puberty was, clothes fitting differently, etc. I can’t imagine pregnancy! I guess that’s why so many pregnant women resort to comfy sweats and t-shirts.
I agree! It’s like puberty all over again, only you’ve got someone with you along for the ride. I’m so scared of pregnancy, lol. I will probably never have children because I can’t imagine seeing my body change that way.
it’s really not that bad. i always thought i would gain like crazy during pregnancy but i actually lost about 40 lbs off my original weight within a week of the birth.
i was lucky i spose because i hated all sweet and processed food during pregnancy.
anyway, baby weight isnt so hard to shift – certainly not worth sacrificing having a beautiful lil bub to love – haha getting clucky again now!!
That is so awesome! You’re giving me hope Yay!
yep, you made me smile Red, thanks!
I bet she feels so big because her normal body is so tiny. She looks very cute pregnant.
So just wear dresses and skirts.
What about maternity stores? Even places like Target have clothes made for that “problem”.
I know what she is talking about. During my pregnancy I was hating my body every singel day. Feeling gross, big, bloated, constipated…. I didn´t put to much weight, just like 30 lbs, but it felt horible. It took my three months to seed it all and now, another three monts later I am skyniest then I have ever been. Babyweight goes down realy fast. BTW: I love my baby more then enything else.
I’m so happy for her. Having cancer and winning the battle, now heathly and with child. Makes me smile! Wish her the best.
