She didn’t look nearly that lean in her clothed shots when she was promoting her workout video. The woman either holds no fat in her abdomen area (b/c her arms aren’t that lean) or she has had lippo on her stomach. Either way I think her abs look good. I like defined abs, personally.

ive seen stick skinny women with bigger hips than her =/ but she cant help that, no girl can. however, shes a beautiful african american woman, but her abs are wayy to crazy. her abs are the result of hard work and responsiblity, but, RELAXX WOMAN!! =]
She does look very healthy and toned, but somehow she strikes me as incredibly masculine. I think her muscles are actually overly developed. It almost looks as if she is taking steroids or some kind of muscle building agent.
She’s not African American, shes from England and her dad is Costa Rican.
Yeah, she’s from Leeds, and she’s mixed race.
One thing y’all have to remember, these aren’t pictures of her just wearing very little clothes and standing there, she’s performing. And judging from some of the poses in the photos, that means a lot dancing and moving around, exerting herself and what not, and that’s going to make her muscles stand out even more. I would guess that when she isn’t working out or exerting herself, her muscles don’t pop out like that as much.
Ergh… she looks like a man…musclely arms, a 6pack and her sholders look really broad compared with her small hips…not nice!

This is going to sound weird, but I’m shaped exactly like Mel B! This is why I hate doing weights, because I bulk up exactly like this. And everyone says ‘women can’t get muscly because they don’t have testosterone’ – not true! Good to know I’m right when I complain about looking manly.
