And on completely unrelated news, she also said this:
“Women hold the power because we have the vaginas. If you’re in a heterosexual relationship and you’re a female, you win.”
Is this some kind of an insult? Haha! What a pathetic idea!? She has the most envied body and yet she still has insecurities? That’s ridiculous. Hahaha!
Yeah, but she’s had a lot of plastic surgery. You wouldn’t get that much work done, especially at such a young age, if you didn’t have insecurities. And just because you get those things “fixed” doesn’t necessarily mean those insecurities automatically go away.
omg wtf is with this “oh don’t worry, she isn’t that attractive nor is her body because she’s had surgery.’” ???? really, i think women are just too insecure to say that megan fox is gorgeous, and was just lucky enough to be born beautiful. and as for her body, that was given to her as well. she hasn’t had a boob job, i’ve seen her in a bikini, and her breasts look real. i’ve also seen pictures of her when she was like 15, and when she was 18. she’s 22 or something now, and she looks the exact same as her high school pictures!
IMO she is the most beautiful woman alive butthats both before and after the nose job, which is the obvious surgery… It’s not a huge change but if you can’t tell that the tiny bump she had is now gone then u need to open ur eyes! I love her with or w/out surgery but she’s deffo had at least that done. Not sure bout boobs, you can do a lot with a good bra these days lol

Megan says some pretty ridiculous things…she’s hilarious! haha. If people would stop taking her seriously and nitpick her every word. Just because she’s big doesn’t mean she’s saying everything solely for attention. Every other teen says some pretty stupid shit nowadays.
Verbal diarrhea aside, Megan looks great.

though I really loved her answer in a previous interview when the interviewer asked her “Do you think you’re attractive?” and all she said was
“I’m clearly not ugly.”
Aside from that, I doubt she is that insecure. If she was she’d give up acting and go live as a hermit.
Women who are insecure about their looks are wont to brag too much and work too hard on making it perfect, so she could be telling the truth.

She probably is insecure. People who strive for perfection are never filly satisified even when they real their goal. They will always nitpick and find another imperfection leading to more insecurities. Despite the public admiration of her body etc it is all in her mind how she feels and no amount of compliments can cure her deep down insecurities. Its all subjective- I get compliments on my body but I still have a heck of a lot of insecurities about my body. Its always relative to each person.
She might feel insecure only because of fear to lose her looks. Yeah, I know what it feels like. The more people admire you, the more you’re scared to lose what you have because losing it will cause the end of admiration.
I’m sure she knows she’s really beautiful.
Yeah theres no denying she thinks she is good looking, since she said “well im clearly not ugly” which is fine because she blatantly is very good looking and of course shes allowed to think this- its true! but yes, insecurities definitely do come along with that despite the publics opinion of her
everyone has their insecurities.
i think shes stunning and i would love to look like her, but then again, because she is, lets face it, mostly known for her looks she probably has huge amounts of pressure to keep this up and always look great. Its a shame because im sure she is a talented actress u know, and then ppl judge her based on her looks and find it hard to see anything else. nobody stays young and beautiful forever, one day she wont have her looks and then what? people should listen to the other things she says that are actually very intelligent.

Yeah, she really is neurotic. And mentally unstable. She knows she’s a gorgeous woman but somehow she wants that someone constantly reminded her that.
She really neads LOTS of attention.
I won’t even comment her on saying something ridiculously stupid about vaginas, I’m speechless.
I do believe that beautiful women can have insecurities (remember the body dysmorphic disorder post, anyone?), but she switches between loving her looks and hating them so much that I think she’s either trying to attract attention, or has something wrong with her. Plus, if she really were so severely insecure, she wouldn’t want to be photographed, let alone have her picture on the cover of a magazine.

I didn’t say she said she loves her looks. I said she switches between loving them and hating them.
Here are some comments that lead me to believe she loves her looks (at the time she said them):
She’s said she is ‘clearly not ugly’, she has said people complain she is ‘too beautiful to get a part’ (in a film), she’s said ‘if I weren’t attractive, I wouldn’t be working in Hollywood at all’, she said she’s ‘confident sexually and it oozes out of my pores’, she’s said she would ‘love to do a movie naked’… (Most of these quotes are posted on this very website.)
Yes but there is no proof of her loving her looks. Re your points….
Fact: she is not ugly. Stating this is not the same as implying she ‘loves’ her looks.
***Other people*** complain she is ‘too beautiful to get a part’.
And saying “if I weren’t attractive, I wouldn’t be working in Hollywood at all” does not imply she loves her looks, shes stating the unfortunate truth regarding Hollywoods standards.
Saying she’s ‘confident sexually and it oozes out of my pores’ has nothing to do with her looks- she is sexually confident, not body confident. She says she is confident about her personality re: sex hence always talking about it in interviews.
She’s said she would ‘love to do a movie naked’… again you are reading into this as she loves her body, when she really just wants to do an arty nudie film, regardless of her body. Doing something like that would result in a lot more body confidence which she clearly needs.
I really think you’re reading too much into my choice of words! I only chose ‘love’ as in ‘to accept’ or ‘to be positive about’. Perhaps I should have just said, ‘being happy with’ since that was more or less what I meant. You appear to be interpreting it as me saying she’s ridiculously narcissistic, when I’m not. And I DO think those quotes I posted show she is content with her appearance.

Why does this even matter to you? Whether she said she loves her looks or not…it’s a little thing to get worked up over.

I disagree with the vagina thing. Women who think that way will either end up with weak men who give in to them all the time, or a man that will want to get out of the relationship eventually, whether that be through divorce or cheating. What ever happened to treating each other as equals in a relationship? Well, I guess it really depends on what kind of relationship you want and what kind of guy you want it with.
Hear, hear! I’m all for equality, but not when people think it means some are ‘less equal’ than others. Sometimes Megan really sounds misandric to me with the things she says about men.

I am interpreting her quotes, you are interpreting her quotes. But, according to you, my interpretations are all wrong and based on nothing, whereas your interpretations are hardcore facts and evidence that prove I am 100% wrong.
Sure, you can toss in ‘in my opinion’, but if you didn’t believe you had such convincing proof, why would you feel you have the right to tell me my opinion of what she said is incorrect? I never said any of your interpretations were wrong. Why would you keep harassing me about something I didn’t even say (I never said ‘she said she loves her looks’ and you haven’t proven I have said that)? Why would you go ahead and dissect and analyse everything that led me to my opinion? And, as someone else has asked, why is whether or not Megan said ‘I love my looks’ so vital for you to prove wrong when no one said it anyway?

How should I have interpreted the past few posts? You accused me of saying ‘Megan said she loves her looks’, I said I didn’t, but added some quotes that led me to believe she’s happy with them. You said, ‘That’s not PROOF’ and then interpret the SAME quotes and say that I am wrong, as if your interpretations ARE proof and are more valid than mine are. How does this not come across as you believing your interpretations are facts?
Seems as if you’re trying to irritate me because you’re unable to answer my questions. As I’ve already said, I NEVER said, ‘Megan said she loves her looks’. We can’t agree to disagree on that because I know for a fact I never typed it, but we can agree to disagree on my opinions not being valid. Everyone has a right to one whether you agree with it or not. Doesn’t make it incorrect if you have a different opinion.
