* Softer appearance, less toned than 2009 Megan.
* Rounder face.
* Completely different lips.

She was prettier.More natural.
I agree. She had a softer, less harsh look. Really pretty sweet but still sexy look.
She was much more gorgeous back than. And much more natural looking and also less trashy looking. She looked really good when she was on Hope&Faith.

….also,in each picture she’s with her mouth open….I didn’t like it..but she looked ok then,and now also 
I don’t think it’s her lips that are different; it’s the teeth.

now she actually looks pretty 4 once and not fake.
i find her to be visually stunning and unbelievably grating and ignorant to listen to, so frankly i’m conflicted with her. regardless, it’s clear the amount of surgery she has had, regardless of her face having thinned due to weight loss and age, but she’s quite soft and almost kind looking in these photos… and frankly, i’ve never seen the slightest resemblance to angelina jolie, and actually believe her to have a face MUCH more like jennifer connelly, though connelly takes the prize by a landslide.. she has the same type of nose, large round face, upturned cat-like eyes, and of course the dark hair and eyebrows.
