I think the fact that people keep comparing her to Blair Waldorf is pretty stupid- she’s an actress, she isn’t Blair, she’s Leighton Meester. You don’t look at Angelina Jolie and say you prefered her look in Mr & Mrs Smith- because she isn’t an OCD faux housewife with a penchant for guns, silk blouses and pencil skirts. Leighton Meester isn’t a self-obsessed shallow Upper East Sider with a penchant for Audrey Hepburn, headbands and aristocratic style- she’s an edgy, leggy young actress with a penchant for eyeliner, short dresses and fashion. Besides, Leighton looks pretty gorgeous- I mean look at those eyes, that body- she’s a bombshell not a princess.

i think she wears too much makeup shes naturally pretty even though this is less than normal for her i think she could still take alittle makeup off i like blairs makeup and clothes that she wears over leightons choice her hair though is nice and i like the shoes

I adore that dress that’s she’s wearing. Contrary to many beliefs, I don’t think it’s trashy at all. I actually think it’s as classy as something with holes can be. It’s not like she’s got monstrously large boobs that are popping out of all the wholes. (Which is something I’m SO jealous of.)

She’s a beauty!!! Her makeup is amazing- definitely not too much. No matter what she’s a bombshell- I love everything about her in this picture. The makeup is actually very light. She’s not hiding her face behind makeup, she’s enhancing her features. And wow, does it work!
