Pretty girl Leighton Meester was spotted at 2009 Library Lions Benefit last night in New York City… and she looked fashiony in a short dress enhanced with a giant flower.

she a really cute girl, normally i would say that dress looks horrible like what were they thinking, BUT on her iit works.. she looks beautiful and classy

they do dress her up as cute as a button on Gossip Girl and each time I’ve seen her away from that, she looks kind of tossed together. I guess we have to realize that Leighton is not Blair Waldorf.

I think she looks beautiful as always but that big flower kind of overpowers her outfit because she’s a pretty petite girl. Maybe if it was a bit smaller it would look better. I like the color of the dress though, if I had dark hair like Leighton I would consider wearing something in that color.
Actually imho I liked the dress, its seems so blair not leighton at all, and the flower is kind of the dress she used on season one finale on the wedding.
I really really like her, she is not unhealthy, she looks pretty, happy, confidence about her body… go gil!
true true! this is a very blair kinda dress. blair wore something similar to this in red for the first season finale. when serena’s mom got married. she’s gorgeous and healthy. love the dress on her but she needs to wear a simpler shoe cause it’s competing with her dress.

At several times the clothes she chooses doesn’t look so good, but this one suits her well.
I think its funny that all GG people are dating each other off the show. like that Blairs bf in show is actually Vanessas in real life, Serenes bf in show is actually Blairs in real life, And Hilarys Dan is actually Serenas. Anyone else thinks its weird and like a big orgy? lol

She is beautiful and interested in high fashion and wants to experiment with it. Even if at times the dress wears her, and not the other way around, i think its much more admirable than the boring skanky hollywood style ie annalynne, megan fox, etc
I am not an old fashion girl and God know how much I love art and new things I even like wtf Rihanna and Fergie but Leighton is a living desaster from head to toe .
She looks amazing! The dress, the hair, the makeup, the shoes – everything. I really like it, and it fits her too =) This is fashion. I like that she’s taking a risk, the dress reminds me of the one Carrie wore in the SATC movie, loved it.

Even though this was a long time ago, I have to say something.
She looks AMAZING. I do love the dress, shoes, hair, absolutely everything about her! Her legs look fantastic as does the rest of her body. Thank God there are some “normal” actresses left. She’s not bone-thin, not overweight- she’s very down-to-earth in real life and it honestly shows that she doesn’t follow the Hollywood fads. She’s not overly tanned, anorexic, doesn’t have double D’s, or any of the other crazy things that are “in” right now.
Oh, and extra points for her hottie boyfriend!
