Black & White Dresses at the 2010 Emmys

Here’s a colorless collection for you: beauties Eva, Brooke, Kelly and Kim all showed off their great figures in black or white dresses at the Emmys last night. strapless, low-cut, high-cut, mermaid-like and flowy dresses are all part of this stylish bunch – which one is your personal favorite?

I like Kellys dress a lot, she looks lovely, but her face looks a bit strange….i think its because she has lost weight and now you can see the real shape of her face/ jaw etc…..its kind of pointy…but still pretty. Kim’s face looks like about 50 grands worth of surgery has taken place!
I don’t like Kim much, but I don’t think she’s done surgery to her face. She really resembles her Mum

First time I’ve ever seen Kim appropriately dressed and with feminine makeup (as opposed to her usual heavy transvestite look.) She definitely looks the best here, and I love her hair.

Wow, Kim looks really classy and beautiful! Kelly really lost a lot of weight, she is really lovely, Eva has a great body, but the dress is not flattering; she would have looked better in a dress like Kim’s robe. I don’t know Brooke, but her makeup is great and her dress looks also cute!

I like Kim’s hair and make-up here. But Eva looks as if she put more foundation on than Miss Universe. I think Kelly’s weight loss suits her but here she looks a little tired. I like how smiley Brooke is.
Out of all the dresses I prefer Brooke’s and Kelly’s. Simple chic. For some reason I’m a little tired of the greek goddess look although Kim is pulling it off nicely.

I disagree. I’ve seen NUMEROUS pictures of Kim looking quite elegant. Her curves are sometimes distracting but what is she supposed to do about that? Wear a potato sack?
I’ve always really loved Kim’s taste. Her clothes are always tailored to fit her body perfectly and by fit her body, I mean compliment her curves and assets.
I’ve never seen anyone call Christina Hendricks slutty because her boobs always protrude from the top of her dresses. Much like she can’t help it, Kim can’t help looking sexy. It’s the way she’s built. Get over it.
I agree, I think Kim usually has a great classic taste, but people are too distracted by her curves to notice. She also looks phenomenal in white, and she clearly knows it.
I can’t help but feel so happy for Kelly for losing the weight and sticking to it, I hope she is doing it by maintaining a healthy and balanced lifestyle.

Wow this is the best I have ever seen Kelly. I don’t think Eva is as beautiful as she used to be. I don’t know what it is her face seems different?? Anyone else notice this with Eva?
That’s what I meant by commenting on the foundation. To me it looks like she’s wearing a huge amount of it which seems to stiffen her face but still she ends up looking as if she didn’t properly moisturize in a long time.

Eva is always pretty
Eva’s dress is my favourite, followed by KIM. They all look very nice and very pretty. Good to see that Kelly is sucessfully maintaining her weight, she was cute then and is really cute now too. With all the surgery and all, Kim is still very beautiful although she might want to quit while she is still ahead. Brooke is pretty and has a very nice smile but she is looking really old (not sure how old she is really is though). Eva Longoria is just a petite cute little button, really loving her dress.

why do darker girls wear lighter colors and lighter girls wear darker colors?
Because it brings contrast and contrast is pleasing to the eye.

kelly. don’t like the others. and her figure looks amazing, as does the non purple hair!! but she needs to go and get herself a proper career, i worry (not losing sleep tho:-)) that she seems a little lost. some people can swan around being ‘reality stars’, but she doesn’t strike me as someone who’s self image is satisfied by this. maybe thats why she seems to contradictory and obsessed with her body image.

Brooke Burke looks great in this dress, and she has an amazing body for 38 y.o. with 3 kids.

Eva she looks ok in general even though i don’t like the dress, but she just bores me, she’d worn a lot of this dress’s twins and this make up too, and this posture….kinda boring already…i just know she can do a lot better.
I really like Kim Kardashian: the greek kind of white dress on the oliv skin and her hairstyle, plus she is a beautiful woman.
But! In this case I pick to be my favorite Kelly Osbourne.
Because:
Kelly Osbourne looks so sofisticated in that dress. I like the hairdo, also very much. Plus, those rhomboid models on the dress are very refreshing in the fashion cut.
Eva’s make up and brooke’s dress
Brooke is the “winner”, imo.
Brooke. Under the makeup, looks about her age. Doing very well. I like that some “blemishes” show through. Skin shading above the dress does the same. Very unplastic.
Overall face shape is a negative, but many things overcome that. wide mouth, tall forehead, dark eyes, cute nose.
“Classic” dress. b00bs look excessively pushed up in far shot, but results are enticing (rrr, rrrrr) in the closeup.
The collar jewelry looks good in the farther shot, but overdone in the closer shot.
Kim and Eva look like sisters.
Corners of mouth, nostrils, puffy (botox?) lips. OTOH, trapezius, ears and eyes differ.
Kim. Dress looks boring , because the daylight “blows out” the white color. Attempt at asymmetric “flap” at collar doesn’t work, imo. Trying to disguise halter collar as jewelry? Looking downward… Notice the vertical edge of this flap is on outside where above sternum sash, but behind where below the sash.
3lb of silver/chrome/whatever on her left arm are good.
Boring hair, reminiscent of a 1950′s rockabilly greaseback-do.
Notice sunlight bouncing off fingers above middle knuckles.
In this photo, she looks like a “real curves” model, but IRL I’m sure she’s trim. (look at upper arms, inside of elbows, and underside of left forearm.)
Eva. Fake crossweave upper with hex bottom. i don’t think it works.
(funny coincidence: color tie-in between her earrings and Brooke’s purse-thing.)
Kelly. Hot pose in the far shot. ‘Tumbling’ hair is interesting. tatts and earrings work together, but still not so good.
Dress textures remind me of stage curtains.
Jawline reminds me of ted kennedy.
