It’s a low-fat raw diet that consists mainly of fruits and vegetables. People who do it eat huge amounts of fruit at once – like 10 bananas for one meal.

Holy shi, 3 pounds??? Are you blending or juicing? I just got off a 5-day juice fast and I was amazed at the amount of produce I went through. A pound of pear juice would take many a pear.
As a side note—that kind of diet sounds mega expensive. The produce for the juice fast cost me something like $80, about the cost of eating out for every meal. Eek

lol, I’m blending. So 1 pound of pear stays 1 pound of pear, no pulp to throw away. Guess that brings down the cost a lot compared to a juice fast.
Bananas are actually pretty cheap and I’ve been buying organic pears for a dollar a pound lately.

For some reason, especially in Winter, I never crave fruit. Probably have a vitamin deficiency now but I can’t remember the last time I had a piece of fruit! I enjoy veggies but when I have a sweet craving fruit just will not do it. Oh dear.

Smoothies might help; they make it a lot easier to eat a lot of fruit. Not sure if that would satisfy your sweet cravings but I guess trying doesn’t hurt.
I was noticing that about myself this winter, too. I eat plenty of veggies, but not much fruit. I’ve had to consciously work more fruit into my diet. Even still, it’s like a piece of fruit every other day.
It’s okay not to eat fruit. Some people shouldn’t eat fruit at all. In my experience, the western approach to diet, i.e one hat fits all, is irresponsible and inaccurate. If you don’t crave it and your diet is otherwise vitamin and nutrient dense, I wouldn’t worry about it too much. Just my 2 cents
true… the “5 a day” campaign also says that it is healthier to stick rather to veggies then fruit… fruits contain lots of sugar and there is probably many people suffering from fructose intolerance without even knowing

Why would it be offensive? I don’t really get why Portman is considered to be such a classical beauty… many people say she and Keira Knightley resemble each other, and I can see what they are talking about. However, both have very square jaws and facial structure, which is not the “classical feminine look”, yet in spite of this, both are hyped to be classically feminine women. Style-wise and how they present themselves, maybe, but facially, I think both fit the defined features category more, which actually seems to be much more preferred in today’s world than conventional looks, and might actually explain their appeal
I think the same is true for Kelly.

You can dislike Natalie Portman bus she has a gorgeous face. You have to have great features to looks good with short hair.

Ah I’m having difficulty breathing as I look at this picture (and not for any good reasons) – the dress gives the impression that the top of the dress is way too tight for the size of her chest, and her breasts are nearly falling out. Look uncomfortable and wayyyy too much cleavage for this particular dress, as most people have pointed out. Not a good look.
Yeah, the poor woman must have a hell of a time finding dresses that fit both her waist and her chest… I’m sure all the really hourglassy women on here can relate! But if I had her money I’d definitely have gotten this dress tailored… just another inch on the neckline would improve the whole look so much!

I’m not bothered by how much cleavage she is showing but I think this is an awful dress. The cut is horrible. As usual, Kelly opts for dresses with a very high waist line when honestly she would look a lot better and more hourglassy if she wore dresses where her natural waist line is accentuated.

I’ve probably eaten fruit every day of my life (well minus the breast feeding time), and I particularly love apples, oranges, grapes, the various berries, bananas, plums, mandarins…fruit salads are the best.
I also think all the Vitamin C has done me good. I almost never get colds (and the rare occasion I start to develop one I can fight it off within a day with extra oranges). I’ve never taken a flu shot and can’t even remember the last time I had the flu (think it’s been 4-5 yrs), and I’m a grad student…so this is in germ filled university environment.
Chicken, potatoes, and veggies are delicious too.

Watching One Million Years BC, I was struck by a certain similarity between Raquel & Kelly in the shape of their mouth and jawline, both vaguely masculine, but attractive nonetheless. At least, I think so. To me, her smile is what sets Kelly Brook apart from the average model, it gives her face character, which of course means that some people are going to like it and some aren’t.
Is this her best look ever? Not by a long shot, but you’ll never hear me complain about her cleavage.
