We’ve seen a wide range of… interesting, surprising and shocking fashion choices at Fashion Week this year.
Katy here didn’t go in the same transparent direction as her good friend Rihanna, quite the contrary: she revealed her youthful spirit in a Mupppet-inspired strapless dress at the Castelbajac Spring/Summer 2010 runway show.

She has flawless skin and her boobs, well, amazing. But her hair-do frames her face so that it looks even longer than it is.

Her body and face are so cartoonish that the dress looks very matching. I don’t usually like cartooncharacters on clothes, and i don’t like this dress too much either, but it’s very KP. I put on clothes i know most will think look ridiculous too, just bc sometimes i just can’t hold back my personal taste (most times i try not to go too overboard). I this is truly Katie and not merely an attempt to get attention, so i can’t help but like it in some way.

agreed! i love her. she’s so cute and she have great boobs. i’ve always been a bit self conscious about mine but somehow when i read about her loving her boobs and showing it off, makes me feel a bit better for having big boobs. lol.
She definitely has a quirky sense of style but I personally think she looks great here. She has a great figure and great skin. Not to mention perky bubbies haha

I love Katy Perry. She can pretty much do no wrong in my eyes.. well, most of the time.
The dress is atrocious, the bow is in an unflattering spot, her hair looks like she touched an electric socket and her make-up is just a big no-no . . . Yet I can’t help but love her.
In my opinion, she pulls off eccentric extremely well, but without taking it TOO far like, say, Lady Gaga.
On another note, it seems like she’s slimmed down. Personally, I think she fit her body better when she was maybe five pounds heavier.
