Her body is okay, just an average joe’s body. She obviously didn’t get the good body genes. No denying her face is beautiful though.
I just hate the way she poses for the camera, tryna suck her abs in is kinda annoying coz it’s obvious. Though she is really pretty. It’s wonderful seeing her smiling coz the last time she’s been through a lot of criticisms.. Go girl!

It’s so unfortunate that some people call Jessica fat now. If they’re comparing her to her Duke days, sure she’s bigger now, but nothing I would cal “fat”. She looks great in the third picture, but that jean dress is a mess. Oh and for someone being 5 foot 2, I’d say she does carry her “extra weight” quite well.

there’s no waaaay she’s overweight, she is probably at a healthy weight, but not at the lower end. The only reason why she looks bigger is because she is not very proportionate. Her arms and legs are as tiny as ashlee’s.

calm it down you too…clearly she is not “fat” check her arms and legs if she were overweight she would not have toned abs and legs…she is however top heavy. she has a very large chest which if you are a girl you would understand a large chest means bigger clothes which me a little less flattering everywhere else….fat no! poor fashion choices yes

While I dont think Jessica is meant to be a skinny girl, like back in her dukes of hazzard days, I do think she could look (and probably feel) a whole lot better with just more exercise and toning up, maybe lose a little bit of body fat.
Yeah, I think the huge breasts make her look bigger than she actually is–not to mention standing next to her size 00 sister. If she had smaller boobs, she would look thinner and more proportioned. She is a little stocky and a little chunky…. but very pretty.

And it is a big difference. The number of people who are naturally a size 00 is very small compared to the number of people who are naturally a 2-4.
I’m only pointing it out because I don’t like it when people distort other people’s bodies and perpetuate the belief that Hollywood is a size 0 industry. It’s not.

I’m a size 2 and was a size 0 when I was younger as well. She’s larger than me, so she’s definetly at least a size 2. She’s 5’7, for her to be a size 0, she would have to be as skinny as Alessandra.

She’s not curvy. If she was curvy she’d have a waist to hip ratio of at least .7. The size of her breasts don’t matter.
actually, I think she is neither fat NOR curvy…She is still relatively slim (I’m sure her BMI is within the normal range), and she clearly carries her weight on top which makes her seem heavier than she is.
I think if her boobs weren’t like size zz or something she wouldn’t look so big. they make her chest/waist area look like a block and it’s disgusting. if there were small or normal, she might look curvy or at least just a little “thick”

She looks pretty and soo young. I would never guessed more than 25! When she was thinner she was a generic hot blond out there and now she looks great too, just not typical. But she pulls off small and bigger frames quite good.

I think she looks lovely and healthy, she is not fat at all. Yes, she has some body fat but that does not make her a person who is in the ‘fat’ category. She is a normal size, and to be honest, she looks good and she looks happy. And to the person who said ‘she didnt get the good genes’….neither of them got ‘skinny’ genes! Do you not remember Ashley a few years back, she too had a little more meat on her bones, she was actually quite chubby at one point! When will you people learn that about 0.05% of the population have genes that enable them to stay very very skinny…….for the majority of these stars- its down to one thing- NOT EATING FOOD!!!!! god bless jessica for having some common sense!

Idk… I wish she d dress her body better and try to create balance. Apparently she’s an inverted triangle, so like she gets extremely top heavy-obviously. Not to be mean, but its quite obviously her arms and boons are far thicker then her legs and hips. This outfit-especially the emphasis the sleeves give her arms-does NOTHING positive for her body. At all. she’s beautiful, but girl looks a mess. Not a great dress – just emphasizes the fact that she’s top heavy. I think she’s got a good body, but she doesn’t really carry the extra weight all that well – she looked more in proportion when she was thinner. Anyway, she is happy in herself and that is what’s most important. If she was making herself unhappy trying to stay thin, then she’s done the right thing by striking a better balance. I think she’s a good role model for those girls out there who are not (and don’t want to be) really thin – but still want to be fit and healthy.

I don’t think Jessica is fat, but I don’t think the weight gain suits her. Extra weight suits some people, but when it comes to Jessica she just looks homely, uncomfortable, and unproportional. Point in case: when she was slimmer I used to think she was a vase shape. I had no idea she was an apple.

there absolutely not WAY in the world that Jessica Simpson weighs 145 pounds! She is only 5’3, and if she weighed 145 pounds she would be so much larger than she is right now. If I had to guess her weight, it would be around 130 – 135 pounds, tops!

She is really small in height and her boobs are massive.

Jessica is an inverted triangle. She carries all of her weight up top and has little waist definition and a relatively flat butt.
As for her weight, I doubt she is above her BMI, she’s just disproportionate. The best thing about Jessica is her legs. They are toned and shapely. Her boobs are just too big for her body but that they would lose quite a bit of volume if she lost a little weight. But contrary to what a lot of people say about her, I don’t think she needs to lose a lot of weight. Just a little would do the trick.
I would have to say that Ashlee looks better because she’s more proportionate and doesn’t have that orange tan, which is something that I’m really not a fan of. Ashlee also has really nice legs.
One thing I do notice about Jessica these days is that she seems happy. That’s really important. Good for her.
she’s normal sized but compared to other celebrities around her age and height – like rachel bilson, nicole richie she does look “big”, not fat but it’s hard for someone that short to be thin if she’s not naturally built that way… he boobs are huge thou so it makes her look even bigger, but still a very pretty girl, she was only ever super skinny for about a year anyway, other times she was just a bit thinner than now, she looks fine on her own but next to super pale ashlee she looks too orange!

Ashley loves being so much skinnier than her sister – I can tell. Jess is prettier than her, but being skinnier makes up for it. I know, cos my sister is gorgeous but big, and I’m skinny, but plainish looking.
