40 year-old Jennifer Lopez performed on Ryan Seacrest’s New Year’s Eve show and she wore this super sparkly catsuit / jumpsuit thingy that showed the exact contour of her body.
It’s a pretty courageous outfit – do you think she pulls it off?

No, man, she doesn´t need to follow this weird “fierce” trend… I don’t think it suits her at all, she’s hot but still has more class. I know this is the way fashion has changed over the times, by a few risky and outrageous people who have guts and do it and dress up different and original, and then all the others just end up copy them. But I still don´t like the trend and I fell dissapointed ( Shakira dissapointed as well :S).

this is what happens when you trust yourself too much and vanity is all you got. by the way, her new “songs” suck. nothing new, nothing original, no talent, just commercial entertainment and a way to increase fortunes. of course, it’s called “show-business” not “show-art”

I agree that her “art” is pretty bad but then again I don’t bash her because that’s what this society wants. They want style not substance so I say give it to em’. Let em rot. Take their money and watch them tear each other apart. Her singing is pure trash.

I actually think the opposite…bad from the front and hot from the back…but the outfit is hideous, the good thing is…she is so so hot that we don’t mind the outfit.

I agree about her new songs – they are pretty bad! But I think she looks GREAT in these pics – has she lost weight? She looks curvy yet slim – and then one beautiful face! WOW…

I think she has a great body, especially after having twins, but I don’t think this was a great outfit for her. I saw her on TV while she was performing and I couldn’t help but think she looked like an alien. Since she can really move her body, the gray sparkly catsuit really looked strange. She looks great but I think she wore the wrong outfit!

Very unflattering outfit, the material and color hide any shadings that would show her curves.
That was the worst outfit of the year! I never want to see that much of J-Lo again! LOL. Her butt looks terrible in that… Never EVER EVER again! I saw her on Tv and this was so bad under her Fur coat that I almost (ALMOST) wanted her to keep the dead animal on that she was wearing over it…
Maybe it looked better on tv. Honestly whoever takes the pictures needs to take better ones. I keep seeing really hot celebritties who have hot bodies, yet whoever is taking the pictures make it seem sucky. I personally am not a fan of this outfit, but I still think j.lo has one of the best bodies in showbusiness. I love her. Other then britney spears j.lo is one of my favorite female singers. I wasn’t a fan of the song she performed at the ama’s, and I have no idea what she sang in this performance, but she is still hot and VERY talented and anyone who says she is not talented really doesn’t know what talent is. Just because this outfit sucked and she doesn’t have the best single of the year doesn’t mean she isn’t talented. GO J.LO!!!!! Just wear something different!! You still have one of the best figures in the game!!!!!!!!!!
LOVE her makeup and her hair, but the rhinestone body suit is not doing her favors. It’s not TERRIBLE, but it’s definitely not GREAT either…
I don’t like the outfit at all. It doesn’t do anything for her waist and hips. The front makes her look like she’s pregnant, and the back makes her look like she has no booty, when we all know she doesn’t have a big stomach and DOES have a big booty.
Shame because she’s usually sexy in most of her outfits.

I HATE this outfit…so hideous….although i’m pretty sure it would look that way on anyone, regardless of body type. I still love her though. she looks stunning most of the time especially considering that she’s 40. I know girls in their mid 20′s that look older and more wrinkly then her, so props to her.
