Jennifer Aniston’s “7 Pounds in 7 Days Diet” Revealed

Remember this probably-not-true story?
Wee, in case you’re curious, here’s the “miraculous” diet (From OK!):
Breakfast: Jen enjoyed healthy smoothies. Try it: Freeze three cups of organic watermelon chunks. Blenc with two and a half cups unsweetened almond milk.
Lunch: Jen ate soup pureed with dandelion greens, spinach and arugula. Another lunch idea is not pate: Blend a zucchini, ginger, garlic clove, half a cup raw agave, half a cup uncooked soy sauce, lemon juice, cayenne and onion. Grind a cup each of pumpkin and sunflower seeds and almonds. Mix together.
Dinner: Seaweed salad revs the metabolism and may help dissolve fat deposits. Another organic option: Blend lemon juice, a garlic clove, a quarter cup olive oil and sea salt and toss with a salad of one bunch chopped parsley, a diced tomato and half a white onion, diced.

What diet? Seriously… she’s always been skinny like that. OK! magazine is so damn crappy, they’ll post any bs story just to sell some magazines.
I hope she wasn’t really following that diet, that’s AT best 800 calories a day!

I love veggies, nuts and seeds and have been a raw foodist but to me those dishes just sounds unappetizing.
I highly doubt she actually follows it though.

Anything you’d lose on that would be water weight-i did a high protein liquid diet before and lost 8 pounds in ten days and it was water weight. Bleck. I’d rather have the extra water and eat normal.
I still highly doubt she even volunteered to do this article.

As a registered dietician I have only one thing to say: don’t try this at home!
This is so idiotic. Obviously this isn’t actually info she shared with them, they just make it up as they go.
It’s raw food diet. I am eating like that for almost a year and it’s amazing! But You have to count calories because it’s sooo easy to undereat.

These diets are so ridiculous. Do exercise, or be active in general, and you don’t have to do anything to maintain a slim weight. It’s worked for women for millions of years.
Work hard, eat well. Still stay skinny.
I highly doubt that that’s all she eats. Somebody eating that little would barey have the energy to even get out of bed in the morning. The amount of calories in the diet described is just enough to supply your brain with energy for one day. So, when it also has to supply your body, it will start breaking down muscle tissue and BRAIN TISSUE. This is nothing but a fact.
PLEASE girls. Do not believe these fad diets. They are total BS. I did myself believe these diets in my teens, ten years ago, and it’s the biggest mistake of my life. It totally ruined my body’s metabolism (as well as my energy levels). In the end, an extra apple made me gain weight. That’s what happens when you eat this little – your body goes on “starvation-mode” and turns down its metabolism, and tries to store any calories as fat.
The way to get a great body is to do some exercise most days of the week, including resistance training, and eat healthily with a lot of veggies, and normal food with protein and carbs, and without banning any type of food. Everything is ok, in moderation.
THIS IS WHAT WORKS. I know it first-hand.
Take care of yourselves.
Oh, ffs. Why should anyone care what this hack ate for a week? Just eat well (no highly processed food or trans fats!!) and work out, no magic solution. They shouldn’t print things like this.

Eating healthy isn’t difficult.
Hint: Healthy food generally grows from the ground/trees/nature in general.
I love her, and everything she does. But, really, how many times are we going to see the same headline for different people. She just eats healthy, runs, and does yoga. Whatever shit that magazine is trying to feed us, it’s a lie!
I love Jennifer aniston a lot but if she lost 7lbs and she used to be 115 does that mean she is only 108lbs at 5’5″? Geeze… thats pretty damn skinny!
