Victoria’s Secret Model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley Admits to Using ‘Chicken Fillets’

Victoria’s Secret model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley (22) has a confession to make:
“I do believe in chicken fillets (click here to see!). I’m not saying you have to use them, but if anyone knows me and sees me in a photoshoot, well, there are friends in there.”
She adds, “You do need a lift with a sexy dress, so do what you’ve got to do, girls – shove them in there. I’ve been known to have three in at a time for shoots – plus padding.”
I am very happy that the admitted this – but 3 chicken fillets + padding… wow.
What do you guys think about it?

I think Rosie’s pretty and has a gorgeous face but of course she needs the padding and the chicken cutlets she has no T*ts WHATSOEVER I think VS should have hired her when she gained weight and scratched Chanel Iman and Lindsay Ellingson altogether.

IMO, I think they VS should have to disclose whether or not chicken fillets were used, just like how cosmetics companies have to say if they used artificial eyelashes in a mascara ad. It’s quite misleading otherwise. And yes, I know there is photoshop too- blah blah blah. I just think that the use of “props” is getting a bit OTT. Almost how male models put bread in their underwear!

Agreed. It should say she if she is wearing them… and if they have made them bigger with photoshop too… Or maybe just skip the whole thing and show her natural ones, if you model bras, the boobs, small or big, should be yours.
She really must have no boobs at all, I mean three of those and the padding and they still don’t look even close to big, except in the second pic.

erm… I don’t understand why Victoria Secret would hire a model with no boobs, when bras are one of their main selling points. Obviously some women don’t have a full breasts and that is fair enough, but to enhance it with a “chicken fillet” is saying they need someone with a cleavage look so why not employ someone who has it naturally?. Don’t get me wrong she is gorgeous but isn’t it a bit misleading…
To add to what I just said, having looked through the pictures more closely, she just looks like a blond version of Miranda Kerr, but with a stronger nose.

Even on the few models who do have boobs that are C cup and above, they photoshop their boobs to look twice the size. Compare VS catalogue photos with candid photos of the models and you will see a huge difference.

They should just get models with big boobs or implants since that’s what the finished product looks like.
True. If they want bigger boobs in their pics, then just choose women with bigger boobs, it’s that simple.
Oh and she doesn’t remind me of Miranda Kerr, but weirdly, she reminds me of Chuck Bass from Gossip Girl in that first pic…yes, i know they don’t really look alike, but in that pic she is making the exact same face he does.

because someone who naturally has a lot of cleavage (without implants, or cutlets, padding, etc) is probably not very thin, with good body fat % and a gorgeous face. Not saying it is impossible, but most girls who have thin and toned bodies do not naturally have large breasts. you are looking for the holy grail. since small boobs are easier to “fix” than fat bodies or unattractive faces, they dont mind hiring someone who has the whole package minus the boobs.
Makes sense to me. Though it doesn’t explain why they continue to blow up the boobs of those who are already well endowed. e.g. Marisa Miller still gets her breasts photoshopped larger.

I’m not sure how common it is in Europe, actually…I am 32-34DD and I was NOT able to find a bra that fit me when I was shopping in Eastern Europe – they just didn’t have any bras that went higher than C, except for the ones designed for the 40-year-old matronly ladies.
I agree that most thin girls have small boobs…but if they want boobs they can just look harder…Marissa Miller is skinny and has boobs, Emanuela, Adriana…
I’m about Marissa’s height and weight (1.72cm, 50kg) and have 32 D’s, it’s not too common in my country, but I’ve heard that it’s not that weird in Eastern Europe.
Small boobs need support too. Small busted women want & need to wear bras also. Small boobs are not the same as “no boobs”. If you have breast tissue, then you have breasts. They have to use chick fillets because VS doesn’t carry bras for small sizes. She likely needs a small band (ie. 28 or 30) and B cup at that band size. Instead, they likely put her in a too big bra & just fill it out with fillets and then photoshop how it doesn’t fit her rib cage.

If it takes 3 cutlets plus padding to get the above results then I say she better keep using them.
Considering many of these VS models are pin thin I am sure she isn’t the only one stuffing the bra.
god yeah…sorry but when they are in candid shots…even with bikinis…they have NO boobs (many of them anyway…) look at miranda kerr! she always looks really busty…then you see her candid photos…they aint even there! Rosie is beautiful. i think i like her face the best out of everyones

She’s not completely flat-chested, she has something there. You have to have something to push up. Quite frankly, she’s so pretty that I don’t think it matters even if she was completely flat chested…she could still sell bras.
I’m glad she admitted to stuffing her bra, there’s no shame in it. Most of us small chested girls do it from time to time.
I agree. If she were completely flat, the chicken fillets wouldn’t even give her cleavage because she would have no breast tissue to push up.
Also, people have to remember that not everyone buying bras has big boobs. I don’t think many of the smaller breasted women would be encouraged to buy bras with big-breasted models unless those models were advertising push-up bras. Even then, they don’t ALWAYS want to wear push-ups!
I was almost flat until my twenties and, for me, big-breasted models simply confirmed that I probably wouldn’t find my bra size at that store. All that would be available were bras stuffed with loads of padding, huge gel inserts, big air-filled bags or unpadded bras that were childish looking. Talk about humiliating! The message I got was: either fake that you have breasts, or admit that you’re a kid and not a REAL woman.
I think many small-breasted women also want to know what that bra will look like on smaller chests, just as plus-size women want to know what clothes would look like on a plus-size model.

I totally agree that there should be models with small boobs for women with small boobs, I don’t agree with changing the model’s size though, it makes the whole thing really confusing, specially if you are buying in internet.
I agree with you. I have small breasts, I’m a 32B and when I shop at department stores I have to settle for a 34A bra. The cups are too small so my nipples pop out all the time and I’m always adjusting it and the back always rides up. It’s uncomfortable but it’s harder than hell to find a 32B bra. I only found 1 that I actually like. It was the only 32B bra in walmart. I had to throw it out after a few months of usage because it was starting to wear on me. I went to walmart a few weeks later and they are all gone. I needed bras really bad because that was the only bra I had so I had no choice but to settle with the 34A bras. A few months later and I’m back in my home state where we have a Meijer. I go there and there are only two 32B bras and I was so disappointed because it was nothing but extreme padding. I tried it on and while it made my boobs look huge you have no idea how uncomfortable it was. When I take it off my breasts are actually really sore and it is so tight around the bottom of the breast area that I actually get dizzy and feel nauseas if I wear it for more than 30 mintues. I can’t find ANY non padded or lightly padded bras in a 32B. Only severly padded ones and I hate it. So I have to settle. I think that most bra makers (especially VS) should quit trying to advertise with FFF cups and show more variety. I think it’s stupid what they do in their ads too because I go to VS and they don’t really even have hardly DD cup bras but yet all their models look that size or bigger? My cousin who’s a DD-cup refuses to shop there because they do not sell her size. Yeah it’s obvious they are just trying to get girls to feel insecure and buy their bras and honestly why do they have to have so much sex appeal? It’s not like men are going to go there and pay for bras and panties. Probably go there to look at the pictures and fondle the manniquins but that’s pretty much it. Oh well in today’s society big boobs are everything and if you don’t have them you are an unattractive nobody who’s disgusting and deformed. At least that’s the message I get from the media. So tired of it, they should accept women for what they have. If she can model and sell the clothes who cares if she’s an A-cup or a D-cup? Doing all this fake crap is just a way to get money. Women are going to look at the girls with huge boobs and think either “wow that bra wouldn’t fit me,” “I should get that bra so my boobs can look like an E-cup,” OR “I have big breasts like hers maybe I should get that it would look great on me” And then what happens? First off most of the models do not have large boobs, I looked this up so a woman with large breasts may buy the bra but to her dismay it doesn’t fit her as well or make her look as good as the models and the small breasted women may be disappointed with the results too. Instead of fake chicken cutlets and photo shop just show the models how they would look for real that way us women big or small can quit getting this false impression on breasts. I actually bought a lot of bras because of the ads making them look huge. I thought that they would make my boobs look huge too so I bought them and wow what a waste of money so now I refuse to buy a bra that makes the model look huge, I’ll only buy bras from ads that shows women with small breasts because then I know for sure that it will look decent on me.

actually most vicky models are flat and as you see, stuffed and photoshopped. im DD and i cant shop there. I actually see victorias secret as solely a store for women with small breasts who are trying to make them look bigger. trust me, its the big boob girls that are screwed out of this industry. it sucks tho that they trick girls into thinking they are actually big chested. it makes small girls think they wont fit, and makes big girls go there and not fit
I do agree that VS is typically for small/average-sized breasts, but thankfully so. I’ve found that there are many brands, both well-known and not, that cater to big-breasted woman. You will only find a few, if any, that cater to flat-chested/small-breasted women. Those women are basically forced to shop at the kiddie section of department stores. It’s nice to have at least one store that produces bras for smaller breasts for adult women, not 10-year olds. It would be nice if VS added bigger sizes to increase their range, but I wouldn’t like to see VS become yet another big bra size store.
I don’t know where you shop, but any stores I’ve been in hardly have decent, pretty bras above a 38C, unless it’s the “plus size” bra brands like Playtex.
I’ve been both sides of the fence. I was a 30A or AA up to my twenties and now a 30D/DD. My band size alone makes it near impossible to find a tight enough bra unless I go to one of the three places I linked to higher up (though Figleaves doesn’t have any stores and its ‘abnormal’ bras don’t often turn up on the high street).
When you’re an A cup and below, the only bras available are either heavily padded, or look childish.
When you’re D cup and above with a small band size, bras are almost impossible to find unless you go for a loose band or a tight cup. Those with more common band sizes are easier to find, but I do notice that they tend to have wider, unattractive straps and look granny-like. The only places I know of where you can get nice bras for larger cup sizes are Bravissimo and maybe Figleaves.

yeah, that’s the problem, they are just not tight enough! I’m 32 and it’s ddifficult to find in a D, I haven’t even seen a 30! What you can do is take a bra that fits your boobs and then have the back fixed.
I disagree, it might be like that in some places, but in my country most bra’s are designed fors cups A and B…and speacially bikinis! With time though, I have found the brands that make my size in sexy bras, the only problem is they are quite expensive compared to the cheap bras they sell for small boobs. Anyway, I’m not that big that I can’t find a few bras at VS…but we don’t have VS in my country either.

Only stores i know of that have DD+ (and im more of DDD/F) have it with band size 36 and up which is too big for me. those are all plus suze stores and the only plus i need is my bra cups not the band.. :/ i do know they have stores in england but not in US. maybe fredericks, i just heard about it, gonna check it out
Yes, I do live in the US, in the LA area. Maybe that’s why I feel like there are many stores that cater to bigger breasted women.
Do you mean Fredricks of Hollywood? I found them to be very similar to VS, but maybe they have a bigger variety of sizing. I never actually bought anything from there.
Oops, to clarify a bit, here in LA we have a lot of speciality stores and typically even the brand names and chain stores have a larger variety of sizing. So perhaps I’m overestimating what it’s like elsewhere.
alexad- i agree!!! i just ranted about this is the Paris Hilton section! wheres the sexy bras for the dd’s!? you can never get a push up! i mean, sometimes we want toi display them well too! the b’s get to look like d/dd’s/…and we end up looking like a c/d because all the bras are ‘minimizers!’ PLUS! sometimes i like to push em up because it helps make the stretch marks less noticable.
Some women have small boobs too, so naturally VS should appeal to the types of women who have small boobs who like to keep them small and to the women with small boobs who want a little lift. VS is doing a good thing mixing thinner models with more curvy models.. Not all women are the same sizes.
Most VS models have very small breasts and like someone already said, you see candid shots of these women and they don’t have the curves that the pictures suggest.
I find that VS is a little limited in their cup sizes. I know a lot of larger chested women who cannot find a well fitted bra at VS and their bathing suits usually only go up to a D cup.
It’s nice to see that VS is featuring models that don’t have tiny noses. This woman is really pretty.

A womanly feminine body isn’t necessarily made by big boobs. Sometimes I laugh at these images of sticks with boobs that are being sold to me as the feminine ideal to model bikinis and lingerie. I give this model more merit actually, she looks attractive and feminine because her hips and waist have a soft feminine curve to them. That’s the one characteristic that the most womanly and feminine bodies have, and you can’t buy it!
Rosie is not that small-chested – I have seen topless pictures. Furthermore, she has completely normal breasts for her size. You cannot “create” boobs with chicken fillets and photoshop, there has to be a basis. They also quoted her wrong, she said in an interview that she has once used three sets of padding (the normal, small ones) in a bikini shoot, not three chicken fillets (which would not be possible).
Most people are more likely to buy clothes and underwear featured on slim, toned models rather than chubby ones. In most cases, they will have Rosie’s boobs if they don’t have fake breasts (Marisa is a strong exception). It is much more common to use a slim woman with average breasts and give them a boost than to choose one slightly heavier.

i find it so annoying when boys and my boyfriend look at these models and think that they have sexy skinny bodies with amazing boobs. and i feel like a jealous girlfriend when i say ‘but they dont have boobs, most of them are pretty flat chested’. but boys dont believe that. and i feel body conscious like i have the boobs but not the body, they have the body and can just make their boobs look good.
