Victoria’s Secret beauty Doutzen Kroes looks absolutely amazing in these shots… and she’s not even wearing hotness-enhancers aka sexy lacey lingerie, just plain undergarments. Toned, healthy, defined, bootylicious, slim, curvy… this girl’s got them all!
Even though she’s got an amazingly fit, stunning figure, Doutzen is “too big” for the runway – here’s what she says about it:
“I don’t do runway shows because I don’t fit the sample size. I might have fit when I was 11 or 12.When you are so young and you get the pressure to lose weight, you’ll do it because you’re too young to make up your mind, to make the right decision. That’s why we have to change the age.”

Obviously, like any other photoshoot, these shots are photoshopped. However….we’ve seen this girl in candid beach shots wearing teeny bikinis, and this girl is in peak physical condition.
I agree that she is an inspiration. We come into this world with different shapes, but we all have the capacity make our body shapes fit and fantastic!
Yes, her body definitely looks amazing in these pics but they are airbrushed. Her waist to hip ratio is not that small.
I think the very first picture is her actual body, unedited (aside from airbrushing). Her sideways profile always did have a great WHR because her waist is small sideways (that’s why most of the pictures are like that). It’s only some of the frontwards facing pictures that look edited, although, that could just be the shapewear doing its job.
I think she is so gorgeous and has an amazing body.
But as the biggest VS model, I find it kind of sad that she was the one chosen to wear their shapewear.

I’m seriously in love with these pictures. Obviously, all VS catalog pictures are going to be photoshopped, atleast a little bit. But having seen her in the VS fashion show this past holiday season as well as candid beach pictures, gosh she is just stunning. What a dollface! I love how her body is so much more pinup-y than runway/highfashion. Delish.
She would be just the kind of woman the runway shows need imo, i don’t have anything against the skinny models nor the bigger ones, but she’s fit and toned, so she’d look great in lots of clothes that the so-called plus size models might have trouble pulling off, if they only would start making sample clothes in a bit bigger sizes also. Sigh.
Change the age and the sample size. I’m glad some designers have already started to take those measures. Her body looks sick.

Love her and they went very easy with the photoshop if they did photo shop her at all nevertheless designers change the sample sizes to 4,6,8!
She is very hot, but definitely not as sexy as many of VS’s runway models.
everyone has their favorites. people get really opinionated on the “sexiest VS models” but i think doutzen is right near the top of the list.
i understand why superskinny models can be popular, but in terms of sexiness, i think a girl should look fertile in order to look sexy.

Not every picture in a magazine is photoshopped. These very well might be photoshopped however, but luckily without photoshop, as we’ve seen in her beach pics, Doutzen looks stunning. Her body is tight and while curvy she still looks fit and in shape.
Her body is perfection. I had never liked such ruler body type, but she looks so toned sooooo nevertheless I am the biggest fan of hourglasses I love her. That is what looking HEALTHY IMHO! Really not too thin, not too big, just perfect…and that is why she seems so sexy. I would go gay for her too!

According to several sites in the net this woman is 178 cm and 54 kg which means her bmi is 17. And she is considered fat. Being a woman in this world sucks.
Come on Ava, think for yourself. That’s clearly not true. Doutzen does not have a BMI of 17, no matter who reports what.
I doubt she weights 54kg at that height. Some of the skeletal european models weigh that and they are much tinier than her, and not to mention not made of muscle like she is.
I love Doutzen. Her body is amazing and face is beautiful. Normally I don’t like the whole blonde/blue eyed /tan combo, but that’s when the features are small and ‘fake’ looking. Doutzen though has the most incredible bone structure, and she looks just as good without all the makeup and hairspray.
Ava, really, do you still believe all these stats?! All celebreties, no matter how they look, how much musles they have, etc. weight plus-minus 50 kilos. I am sure even Mariah Carey weighs 52 kilos. (LOOOL).

She’s defently slim but not skinny-slim. Not fussy on her type of body, shes normal – pretty plain jane to me. I like a body with a little more definition and cheekbones.

I agree! I like the leaner type personally. Too much muscle makes it a little manly. I think the tender fragile look is so cute. Uber feminine.

I think it’s so funny when people say, “these pics ARE photoshopped but…” OF COURSE THEY ARE. That doesn’t mean they alter the persons body all of the time. They just minimize cellulite, blemishes etc. Yes, some magazine over due it and completely change how people look, but lots of time the body shape is on point. She has a great body and Victoria’s Secret has always had a wide variety of women in their looks, bodies and ethnicities.
she gained weight as a VS model. i remember her in the 1st 2 shows that she did with VS – she was really skinny, and i mean alessandra-ambrosio-skinny.

This girl is gorgeous – beautiful face, athletically-toned body, fabulous legs! She’s slender (more like women looked in the 50′s-60′s) but definitely still curvy. Probably the best body overall out of all the current V.S. models. She looks GREAT in lingerie or a bikini – but she is a little big for ‘ultra-high’ fashion IMHO. Although she’s certainly slender, she’s quite muscular – more like a fitness model.

This is what all models who model lingerie on VS should look like. Thin but exemplifying what a woman’s body is supposed to be, curvy and feminine. She looks especially good because she’s modeling those undergarments that tighten your waist, giving her the ideal hourglass figure. Most VS models have rectangular body shapes, notice how in their pictures they arch and twist their shapes a-lot to create hourglass waistlines, when facing straight ahead though there’s barely a curve. If it were up to me I wouldn’t let any model who doesn’t approximate Linda Carter or Raquel Welch’s bodies model lingerie. Most VS models look like 6th grade girls compared to the women I just named.
