Wow! I mean Doutzen really IS extremely beautiful!! Anyway, the tips are good. And everyone already knows them.
I never had to work out or limit my food intake that much when I was in that age range, maybe I walked a bit more than my friends and did yoga. I ate what I wanted but always in moderation. I don’t think half of them work out as much as they say.
Marissa is in the best shape…look at those abs and washboard flat stomach! you can tell she actually works out as she has the most muscle tone…yet shes still sexy.
