Newlywed Hilary Duff (22) left her light blonde hair behind and embraced a darker tone, which looks like caramel brown in the shadow and like strawberry blonde in the sunlight.
So what do you say: Makeover or Makeunder?

Im just personally not a fan of how they look compared to the rest of her body.
they remain a little bit flabby, which is strange because she works out allot.
they don’t look awful, but they can look better.
i guess its because of her apple shaped body.
If she was an apple, her arms and legs would be skinny.. That is kind of the deal with apple-shaped figures..
Besides, I think she looks like she has tones up a lot, especially in the upper arm area! And with the hair color, she looks better than ever! Yey! =D

I LOVE it! Suits her perfectly! And I think she has a great body as well. I think the lipstick actually goes pretty well with the hair colour, though I wouldn’t have worn it myself.

Looks great as always, I like the hair but I liked the blonde as well. i hope she doesn´t go any darker. In the first photo the lipstick looks fine but in the others it does look a bit odd.

Under. Not that there’s anything wrong with the color, but i like her better proper blonde. Maybe i’d like it darker brown too. I have this thing, i like dramatic colors and cuts, almost cartoonish looks (as far as hair goes)

I like the colour of her hair it`s goes well with her complextion cos it`s not so dark and not so light but the colour of that lipstick plum red doesn`t suit her one bit cos it makes her look pale and more grown up.

I think she looks healthy & happy which = beautiful, to me! What is wrong with her arms? As women we should applaud other women for their unique beauty and character, not pick her apart for “imperfect” body parts.

I do keep my arms toned because i have this pet peeve thing where i can’t stand skinny fat arms. anyways thats not the point. she looks great, which is the point
