What girl with ANY self-respect and/or half a brain would hang on to a guy who wants her to alter her appearance through surgery? If someone really, REALLY hates something about his/her appearance and wants to go through plastic surgery to gain more confidence, then that’s his/her choice. But I’m vehemently against getting plastic surgery for the wrong reasons.
I think she’s horrible. Horrible girl, horrible personality, horrible motives, horrible boyfriend, and horrible comments to the press. There’s nothing wrong with wanting plastic surgery, but to say things that are that “low” to a magazine as big as Playboy is just something someone attention starved would say. I’m sick of this girl, and Spencer for that matter. Please, get lives.

She needs to bloody well get rid of Spencer – he’s horrible, controlling and is in a larger part, what makes her so foul. I can’t believe she said she’d go ‘bigger for Spencer’ – IMO her boobs already look ridiculous, but if she wants to go bigger it should be for herself, not for him! Female empowerment girl!

Why does this girl get so much attention? I know of no particular talent that she has and the fact she’s getting a boob job is hardly interesting.
I know the purpose of this site is to comment on body image but i just had to add that i don’t get why the media gives time to girls like her than don’t do anything special…

That hair is just atrocious!! I can’t believe how cute she was in the first season of the hills with Jordan, damn I wish she stuck with him he was so much better than Spencer.
