Gisele Bündchen Is Very Skinny in Numero 101 Magazine

Some say that world’s no. 1 supermodel Gisele has lost some weight recently. I wasn’t sure until now, but… honestly, I’ve never seen her looking as skinny and as bony as she does in this photoshoot. We can count her ribs (see on the next page), we can see her hipbones and her legs are veeeery thin.

The thing is Gisele was very thin to begin with, and any small amount of weight lost looks like alot and vsible on her . when actaully its not as extreme as we think.
she is losing her curves and thats what sells her as a brand. I’m not liking the new look,she now looks like every other average & unfamous model out there. there is nothing that makes her special anymore, and that is a key component in being a supermodel, esp. when your face isn’t that rememberable to begin with.She looks alright here,but she definately shouldn’t lose any more weigh AT ALL. if she is losing weight for whattever reason, she should really be concerned…

Holy Cow! She looks very skinny, anorexic to be exact! I don’t even understand why we still find women looking that way in magazines etc… the image they are showing is chocking!

i think those pictures are appalling. it’s also appalling that she’s being pictured in a magazine like it’s a good and normal thing to look that way.

Oh my gosh i get tired of people saying people like gisele are skinny and that they are going to die..i am 5’8″ and 90 pounds and you can count my ribs, see my hip bones, ect. but i eat like a pig..i mean you wouldn’t believe how much i eat…

Alicia, I think that being naturally skinny like you is great, there is nothing wrong with that (just like being naturally curvy is great as well).
The thing with Gisele here was the fact that she lost weight – and she really didn’t need to.

People always made a big deal about her having the greatest body in modeling and being the return of the curvy model. Uhh, what curves? She kind of has a butt and kind of has boobs, but she seriously has no waist. At all. If you look at pics of her from the front where she is wearing a bikini or something, her torso is completely straight. I don’t know, I have just always thought she was way overhyped. She does have a great walk on the runway though.

She is super skinny. But I have a feeling she totally was forced into that outfit. And that is not a good thing. Have any of you guys every seen what goes on back stage at fashion shows it is mayham. And the supermodles they are getting forced into tiny dresses and I saw one girl a fashion disigner was pressing this girl up agents the wall and forcing her belly in. And she was getting this very skinny dress put on her!!!!!!!!!!! Ouch
shes looking better than ever. as for people who say shes unhealthy- guess what guys, shes got her own trainer, nutritionist/dietician, alternative health person etc..so im sure the way shes done it and doing it, is much healthier than your ‘average’ healthy person. models like her are not stupid to deteriate themselves like everyone thinks. go girl
That is why numerous famous models died from anorexia and other eating disorders? I am not saying this is the case, just don’t get on the other extreme of overreacting. Health issues are common among models.

omg! i love gisele so much shes was my inspiration to loose the weight i gain . im 5’11 and weight 143 in the outside world i look slender but i actually want to go down to 135 to loose the little tummy i have and the muffin top . but i this pictures gisele looks sick from what i know gisele’s weight was 115(which i think is to think) but she look good plus she is a model and she gets paid for that but now to my surprise she lost weight meaning lower than 115 ? oh no that too much i dont even imagine my self at 115 wow what a dissapointment i have towards gisele.
yeah she lost weight but she doesn’t look scary skinny, i don’t know how people can call her ugly she has a unique face with amazing bone structure just look at the lighting on her face and you’ll see why photographers love her

I feel like she hasn’t really lost any dramatic weight. In that first shot, she’s definitely sucking in her stomach a ton to give the pose more angles, and in the following shots she’s in continued poses that give her body more angles than she usually poses in. (I mean, picture Victoria’s Secret. Their goal is to make the women look as soft as possible so they put them in poses that satisfy this goal.) This shoot’s goal was to look artistic and fierce, and I think they accomplished this. I think we’re just used to seeing her skinniness in a more appealing light that doesn’t make her look quite so sick….but come on folks: 5’11 125 pounds almost never looks healthy. It may look great in pictures, but when you see these women in person? Yikes! Their thinness is literally shocking.
Don’t be jerks about Gisele, she’s very skinny, but she’s a model what do you expect? Don’t hate on her, she’s beautiful and thin, so just accept her, she’s so gorgeous, her eyes, and thin body, and her hair. She’s beautiful so stop being so picky about models and respect her please.
