Speaking of all these, isn’t Taylor looking less like herself here? Possible cause: the red lipstick (compared to last time’s heavy and black eye makeup).

where are this girls parents?? in most pictures of seen of her off late, she looks coked up and WAY too old to be 15. its so sad because she could make a good role model out of herself, but it seems she’s going down a bad path.

i agree she looks older but that’s not her fault .. i like her style and she looks gorgeous here as most of the time. . her make is less then it has been and she just looks pretty, not slutty or anything

I think that taylor momsen is a sweet girl but I think that she should be wearing such short dresses at premieres, she seems to be growing up too fats but I suppose thats what hollywood does. I also think that bangs arnt here best look but i guess it always fun to try new things.
but I do think she looks stunning here, very classy and pretty.

i like the make up but not the dress, it swamps her.
if it was one layer (instead of 3) it would’ve been better (for her age)
I dont like it, I mean its good shes ditched the panda bear make up, it looked funny on her, this is more classy, but the hair bothers me. The dress is elegant and flowy but still a bit much for her.
She does seem to be growing up too fast and the sucess of gossip girl is going to her head, I feel like shes the next lindsay.
Personally i dont like her character Jenny, Blair and Chuck are the best gossip girl characters hands down.
