Here’s one of the skinny 90210′s stars, Shenae Grimes who was recently advised to add a little more meat to her small figure.
We’ve seen Shenae looking very skinny at recent events (click here to see), yet I’m not spotting the scary skinny, unhealthy figure on this occasion. Tiny, yes. Petite, yes. Small body frame, yes. Thin / skinny, yes, yet not overly so.
And in case you’re wondering about Shenae’s weight, various sources say that she’s around 95 pounds (at 5’2”) – which determines a BMI of 17.4 – underweight, but quite common at age 18.

95 lbs. Goodness, I had her by 30+ lbs. when I was about that age:P(I’m 5’2″ also). Of course, I’m not small framed like she is. She does look better.
Her body frame looks like a little child, she looks about 12 years old here. It would only suit her if she was majorly majorly tall.

charlene, if she was MAJORLY tall, she would have looked truely emaciated, sickly and abnormal!!

Good point, Barbie, but if i rephrase it i mean that being very petite and very skinny, her body can look like 12 year olds. However if she was taller this may or may not be a problem. Even so, she’d still look disgustingly thin for her height and would probably be very, very ill!
I really like her outfit. The shoes? Not so much. I think she looks fine and if she’s healthy she doesn’t need to gain weight. If she was in a bad way medically, she would get help whether she wanted it or not because I’m sure the producers of 90210 wouldn’t want to broadcast another abnormal weighted person and have people complain about it. I think she looks fine on the show.
I don’t get it.. my BMI is 17.5 nd nobody rly cares . 17.4 is ok.. it rly freaked me out when she had a BMI of 15. And besides, If she wants to stay in shape, thats the perfect weight cuz shes pretty shore
