Megan Fox Says She Had Stopped Eating for Movie Role

Megan Fox just said that she had to gain 10 lbs for her role in Transformers sequel, as advised by the director, who, apparently, doesn’t like skinny girls and who also thought that Megan’s previous curves looked great on the big screen. I
In fact, Megan lost the same 10 lbs for her role in Jennifer’s Body – and if you are wondering “How did she lose the 10 lbs in the first place?”, then you’ll be surprised to find out that she didn’t reply with the same old super healthy diet, high in protein, with fibers and low fat that celebrities always use as a model when asked about their miraculous diets (and somewhere along the way, we stopped believing them) - instead, she frankly declared that she had stopped eating.
Well, honestly is appreciated, even though it would have been nice to hear something like: “Yes, I stopped eating. But it’s unhealthy and you shouldn’t try it.” Instead, she gave these explanations for her weight loss and 10 lbs weight gain:
“I just stopped eating. I don’t eat very healthy anyway — I have a serious sugar tooth, so now I eat red-velvet cake before I go to bed every night, and if you eat meals later, you’ll put on weight faster, so I had dinner at 10 p.m.”

At least the girl was honest. i am over the ” oh I have just been eating super healthy and excersizing a bit” Please..You starved on like two salads a day if that and worked out like a fiend. I appreciate her honesty! been there girlfriend. Hi five to Megan Fox. Who by the way is totally goreous. she can look a tad trashy but the women is beauty!!!
i completely agree…megan is beautiful, and for once she doesnt give the same old “i dont do anything different than normal” lie..i appreciate her honesty!

Actually I did a tremendous amount of research and before I dieted I did a cleanse because my digestive system is clogged (I would go over a week without going #2) and when I did it was only a tiny bit.. sorry too much information but its common actually and lots of people don’t know they have it.. just think they’re fat when they have 10 pounds of food in their systems! I did a gentle cleanse with pills a few times and did a mixture of cleanse diets.. my metabolism bounced back (yay!) And I went from a size 5 (145 lbs) to a size 2! (125 lbs)
dropped the weight pretty fast. Learned we can’t eat certain foods like meat and potatoes together, eggs and bacon together, fruits only alone, etc. Because our bodies require certain enzymes to break certain foods down.. so combining the foods I mentioned leaves undigested food in your intestins and then stored! So as I’m getting back into modeling I’ve been eating foods in moderation, more fruits and veggies (fruits are sweeter and help with cravings…watermelon fills you up and flushes your system!) Less meat.. rarely any bread or dairy products. more sushi (yum!) And eat smaller portions every 2 to 3 hours! So celebrities are telling the truth.. I’m living proof! And I don’t work out.. I would rather have more tone though.. just need to lose 3 more inches in the belly

and i have a cheet day fallawed with a fast day with water and herbal teas all the day

my usuall diat pro is fruite smoothie in the morning ..vegetable soup and steamed vegs +little lean meat lunch + fruit smoothie +detox juice at night + couples of herabal tea during the day
and i work out twice a day cardio + p90x fittnes program

(Phone accidently submitted that before I was done) but yes, once I lose the 3 inches in the belly my measurements will be 32bust, 23.5waist, 34hips! I’m happy with my figure now.. but I’m looking at going to the big time agencys and need to be perfect! Do research on the food enzymes (there’s books on it), cleanses (or colonics are great!), I did the 3 day diet the first time.. was so hard because I could eat more than my 6’1 260 lbs dad! But it trained my body to eat less.. my friend and I lost 10 pounds on that 3 day diet! That felt great
then I did the new york body diet that heidi klum did for the vs runway show after having a baby! Totally worked!! If I had a craving for burgers I got them protein style (wrapped in lettuce.. all places do it since some people can’t have gluten/bread which is like 150-200 calories that you’re saving yourself from plus I think it tastes better). Then I did my research on the negative calorie diet.. which the 3 day diet consists of most of that. And fat burning foods and I drink half my body weight in ozs of water which is key to losing weight since 90% of adults are dehydrated and don’t know it! We think were hungry when were thirsty.. prevents any sickness you can think of and too much to explain.. do research.. and seriously just do it! I have everyone at work and in the family doing it and we all notice a difference in energy and feeling happier and less stress since water helps our bodies carry the chemicals the brain is sending out, etc. People lost 100s of pounds doing it! Oh and don’t drink water with meals it messes with the acids your body needs to break down foods.. drink 16oz a half hour before every meal and activity. Daily I try sticking to almost never eating bread, rarely meat.. if so usually fish (because its my favorite) or chicken (should be lean meat if you do), no milk, I love me my cheese though, if I feel like ice cream or yogurt I treat myself and have the one serving amount only (mix breyers 1/2 the fat vanilla bean ice cream(the best..creamy!) with bananas or strawberries or add an apple with cinnamon! Soooo delicious!), oatmeal for breakfast, you have to wait 3 hours later to eat fruit and lots of your favorite fruit.. veggies have more negative calories.. but I’m getting sick of them haha. And yes.. just healthy and balanced. Half the amount every 2 hours helps! You won’t binge and you feel like you’re getting more and fastens your metabolism! I don’t crave burgers as much anymore.. took a bite of a western bacon cheeseburger from carls.. made my bf go through the drive through to get me one.. and I ate it.. and didn’t feel like it after the 2nd bite! Weird! My body is changed now because all the junk is out of my system
so now I can afford to treat myself here and there when with friends or family. But when in my daily routine its great for keeping you in shape. I know how to live healthy and with self esteem now and still know how to treat myself! Feels amazing.. pool parties don’t make me nervous anymore! Its weird I’m writing and saying what I’ve been hearing on tv and on the internet about how I feel.. and its true, real, and possible! And I did it fast and affordably! And I stuck to it. If you mess up one meal fix the next. I’ve had 2 days where I. Ate pizza and pasta bread bowls then got back on track the next day eating lots of my favorite fruit! Okay ill shut up now.. maybe ill write a book one day.. for now follow my success story and more importantly love and approve of yourselves! Stress, over sensitive, and self hatred are linked to fat on the body. When I released the wall of protection I was mentally building I lost weight because my body used fat as a protection.. kind of how people get ulcers from stress and sadness and back pain from stress of money, financial security, everything on your shoulders, etc. So love yourself and see the difference

Sorry but not eating slows your metabolism! My friends in high school did it and I’m way skinnier than them now! I warned them… I think megan was just being sarcastic.. she has her work out and diet routine on several other sites for this movie.. just so you know..

look up fat burning foods!
