There's no way around it for most of us. If you want to feel and look your best (most of us seem to put the emphasis on the latter), you just have to eat well. It's like I mentally tell myself, "no junk food" or "no, you've had enough carbs today". I used to think watching what I ate was horrible. It reminded me of my high school days when I just wanted to be very thin. I finally got out of that mindset. And I'm finally taking responsibility for my well being. I hope I'll lose all this weight I gained last year. I just want to be back to normal. Recently, I started cleaning up my diet a bit. There’s no way around it for most of us.
