Well have to admit, don’t like the outfit but in some way she can put it off
oh my god, she looks terrible, and no she can’t pull it off! Everything about the outfit is just so wrong. It looks like she has NO FEET! LOL Hair is bad too. She’s usually so sleek and stylish.
Exactly and no neck either!!! It just goes to show if you know the right people you can achieve anything. Several years ago she punched a toilet attendant giving her a black eye and also used a racial slur. Of course she was just Cheryl Tweedy then, which may explain why she got a US work permit because I don’t imagine there are any criminal convictions under the name Cheryl Cole, back when she was Tweedy the group she was in Girls Aloud couldn’t get work permits to perform in the US because of it. But despite the conviction she never once apologised. The only reason to keep the surname of your cheating footballer husband, is because a new name gives you a shot at getting a US work permit. The Americans are welcome to her at least I won’t have to watch her in UK anymore.
how would having a different last name make a difference? especially if she is a well known celebrity?

For someone who hates her that is an awful long message talking about her. I find that most of the people who hate her can’t stop talking about her. People claim they want her “to go away” yet the same people can’t stop yapping about her.
I agree- no one can pull this off, the combination of the colors and the fittings of each piece are off. Her overdone hair and makeup doesn’t help either. I wish she would tone down everything once in a while. She may be pretty, but you can’t tell with the over-done makeup and hair- it looks fake and unattractive.
Has she lost it? Fire the stylist!

When i saw it was a Cheryl Cole, i thought: bring on the hate comments. People don’t seem to like her on this site. But granted: i cannot praise this outfit. The hair and clothes look ridiculous.
But her face is really stunning. And it seems like she’s gained some much needed weight: she looked scrawny for a while, and looks much healthier now. And still slim.
while i love the color blocking, i’m not a fan of the hair at all. she does seem to have a great figure though.
i have to wonder if she’ll be compared to another very popular vocal contest judge (jlo)….if so, cheryl has some big shoes to fill.

Cheryl has worked as a judge in x factor before though if i remember correctly, just in the uk, but so it’s not exactly new to her.
Completely agree! I really love the colours (the cut of them is okay) but the hair makes it look comical, like a fancy dress party. She could have made the outfit look more natural with a better hair cut, and then I would have been such a fan!

Everything about her just screams fake to me. Especially the hair extensions and eye lashes (which are so long and thick they make her look like she is squinting). It’s a bold fashion choice but doesn’t do her figure any justice.
if you’re from the UK you’ll probably already have seen but google image her and find a pic of her when she started in Girls Aloud (good girl band btw!). She’s changed her teeth, body, hair…everything! lots of guys over here in the UK are constitenly going on about how fit she is…and i would agree if it were real!

I agree that it’s totally unacceptable to hit anyone, not to mention the racial slur but it really annoys me the way people always dwell on a person’s past- I’m sure there are plenty of things we’ve all done in our lives that we regret (how many of us can say we’ve never hit someone before?) but surely a person deserves a second chance? Demi Lovato did something similar i.e. hitting a dancer but everyone now praises her for her beauty and has so much sympathy for her because of her eating disorder? Bearing in mind the fact that both women/girls were of a similar age when the incidents took place, I think that’s a severe case of double standards. Don’t get me wrong- I’m not in any way condoning her actions and I also sympathise with Demi Lovato- I just wish people would learn to give others a break! Back to her outfit… I’m not loving it to be honest- I think she should have stuck to one or two colours- The peach and turquoise are in a similar colour palette i.e. ‘popping pastels’ but I think the purple just looks out of place. On the other hand, she seems to be having fun as she’s smiling rather than the overused pouty look that is popular with celebs. Also, I was pretty sure she’d changed her name back to Tweedy- I swear Simon Cowell referred to her once as that after the events with Ashley? I could be wrong though
Yes she has worked hard, sure she landed on her feet a couple of times, but she is a modern day rags to richs story, she has worked her way up. Made her self current. Don’t you wonder why if she has so little talent and so many haters she is still successful. It is not just the case of Simon Cowell gave her a job, when he see’s the public lose interest in someone he drops them in an instant. And it is so tiresome to hear this bathroom attendant story. Yes it was bad but my god fights happen, get off your high horse a little. Everyone is a saint when they start slagging off Cheryl Cole. I am not her biggest fan but people bleat out the same thing time and time again about Cheryl.
The amount of times I have listen to people say she has a disgusting accent or she is nothing but a chav ect. Not everyone is born in London with a silver spoon in their mouth. Not everyone has a perfect history, and their are plenty of talentless people that people lap up every day because the media feeds it to them. What people don’t like is that Cheryl is a normal girl who made it. and is seen as extremely beautiful and that annoys a lot of women. So they try and put her down. But while your busy moaning she’s living it up state side.

To a certain extent Cheryl Cole has worked hard. She came from quite a chavvy background and had no etiquette. She’s worked hard on cleaning up her act and changing her image to become what she is today. Making contacts and networking IS hard work, believe me. It takes a lot to build contacts and it’s not even enough; you have to show you’re of some value as well.
However, talent has played no part in her rise to fame unless you count charm as a talent. If you watch her audition for Pop Stars on Youtube you’ll see that Pete Waterman and Gerri Halliwell make it PERFECTLY clear that they didn’t think her singing was up to scratch but because she is (and I quote) ‘soooo stunning’ they had to put her through. So people aren’t haters when they say she’s got no talent; the evidence has been documented.
I think most people could say they haven’t attacked a bathroom attendant because they weren’t being allowed to steal a lollypop.
I think the reason that a lot of people don’t forget it is because she never apologised or expressed regret at seriously harming somebody else.
And also it’s her lack of talent which bothers me and her hypocrisy. Miming and then judging others is just ridiculous.
Demi is a different situation she’s a girl coming clean about her issues and getting help. I applaud her honesty and wish her all the best. Cheryl Cole however isn’t in her league in her case the honesty an contrition is completely absent and she has built a career on manipulating the hearts and minds of the public and continues to do so by playing the poor innocent hard done by card her image of the nations sweetheart is something she uses to manipulate the public and promote a career. Seriously I know a few women who were married a lot longer than she was to cheating spouses and not one kept their name when they divorced Cheryl Tweedy is as a tough as nails and comes from an even tougher family. Cheryl Cole is a media contrived alter ego. Demi wants to use her fame and experiences to help other young people, Cheryl wants to use hers to cash in. You say the past is the past but Cheryl is manipulating hers to cash in and create a villain in her ex-husband despite taking him back the first time he cheated, she always chooses not to recognise her own short comings preferring always to point the finger at someone else accusing them of being the villain, be it Danni Minogue, Nadine Coyle, Lilly Allen (who out of pure spite and without provocation she called Lilly “The Chick with a dick”) she always portrays herself as the innocent victim of someone else’s hate campaign when she can be pretty nasty herself.
I think shes probablly one of the least stylish people ever. :/ And if she wore the right clothing she could look amazing. Cause shes a really pretty girlie. This outfit in my opinion makes her look very stumpy looking? She’s a slim girl, but this makes her look 2 sizes bigger, and her hair is just a tad too big. And I love the coulour blocking trend, but this just clearly doesnt work! The trousers are also a really bad fit, which isnt really acceptable when your a millionaire with tons of stylists. But hey ho, we all get it wrong sometimes. Although Im not sure Ive ever got it this wrong, or atleast I hope not!

I don’t know very much about Cheryl, I’m waiting to make a formal opinion. she’s a super cute girl, but makes some odd style choices that I don’t jibe with. the hair is a little too big, it over-powers her frame. the pants…. THE PANTS!!! #1 hem then, #2, have the waist taken in to fit your tiny little frame woman! they come off looking pkeated but it’s just bunching up where they tried to cinch in the waist with the belt

I think she is overrated by the media, but every star out there is overrated by the media. they just love to completely build someone up, then get sick of the hype(which they put out in the first place) and decide they’ve become too big for their boots and promptly begin to tear them down! the wonder is a lot of people really do believe everything they read.

Exactly my thoughts, Lovisa- A while after on the X factor (UK) a black girl called Gamu was tipped to win but Cheryl didn’t put her through to the live shows (supposedly due to complications with her VISA) but she was accused of racism!?! I was sat there thinking, OK, she’s married to a guy who’s mixed race as she has been for the past 4 years… why would you put yourself through that if you were racist??? Totally nonsensical as you said.

okay this is gonna come as a shock to you but believe it or not you can be racist and date black men. I have been approached twice by members of the BNP who are a facist political party I was told that it was not people of my lighter brown colour they wanted deported but “the really dark ones” Plus I have had confrontations with a couple of my brother’s (now ex) girlfriends who while they like sleeping and dating black men they do not like black women. They never wanted anything to do with his family and thought black men were naturally athletic and saw my brother as a status symbol but they though black women we’re ugly, stupid and ignorant when this came to light they were history. But it just goes to show just because you date black men doesn’t mean you’re not a racist.
I guess they wanted to make her seem taller by giving her pants that cover her shoes but it doesn’t work. She looks like she has two purple sticks instead of legs because you cannot see her knees. The top has too much volume. It’s all much too loud. Maybe if her hair was in a slick ponytail or something but like this it borders on costume-y.

Why this woman gets called a fahion icon is just beyond me. Her taste is atrocious, she mostly looks tacky and cheap IMO, once a chav always a chav. And dont blame my opinion on jealousy, that would be a very dismissive thing to do, i’ve never liked her particularly, I think she’s quite rude and arrogant at times. I wont even begin talking about her hair, all i can say is truly awful!! In terms of beauty also, not really anything special but she is attractive.
