Khloe Kardashian is the latest celebrity to reveal the number on her clothes:
“I always get comments on my weight,” says Khloe. “[People want] me to be a [certain] size. I am a size six, and in the normal world, that is not fat—but to Hollywood, sometimes being a six is way too big. But when the world literally gets on you every single day and tells you, ‘You’re fat, you’re fat, you’re fat,’ eventually you are going to break and agree.”

Her mom is a really mean. What an awful thing to say to your daughter… Anyway, she’s not even bigger than Kim… She just has a different body shape than her sister. And to me, she looks so much less annoying than Kim.
It was awful of her mother! I mean, let the girl eat what she likes. Just because it’s not part of a (dangerous) cleansing system doesn’t mean she can’t have something good and still lose weight.
I think the mother should be proud of Khloe for presenting a normal eating pattern. Sorry, but trying to pretend you eat exactly like a weightloss supplement says for your entire life is a dangerous example.

I don’t know about her mother, mine sometimes gives me wake up calls when I’m crossing the line, cause she knows I’m not happy with extra-weight, and it’s not abusive at all. her mother knows that they need their looks and she’s warning her.
i was just about to say this. My mom always tells me about my weight. Then when i drop a lot of weight, she yells at me for being to thin. But if I pick up a burger, she’s like “don’t gain weight, you’ll get fat”
True, but she said that by gaining weight, Khloe was ruining what they had worked for. That’s the part I found unfair. If she had been looking out for her happiness like your mother and mine and I’m sure many others have, it would’ve been okay.
What I think is that this girl only wants publicity! Definetely her words illustrated a bad side of her mother, some kind of criticism. If you feel that bad about your mom´s words and so self concious about your look I think that you wouldnt tell the press. What she is doing is pretty intelligent ( and of course somebody else told her to do it) , she is just promoting the line she and her family has!
Well I wouuld rather my parents let me know when I’m getting too fat or too skinny, or too dumb, or dating someone wrong. I don’t want them to interfere too much but I would prefer some control rather than none. I’m only 16, I NEED boundaries!
Kris Jenner is a pimp at the end of the day and is pimping out her daughters for all the money she can make. Why Khloe is complaining is beyond me because whilst I think what Kris said is uncalled for Khloe is aware of her mother’s hustle and willingly participates for the financial rewards. Last year this family under Kris’s management made $65 million dollars they all posed and bragged about it on the cover of a magazine. Worse still Khloe had made sure the money keeps rolling under her mother’s guidance by releasing a fragrance with her husband and filming a reality show with him after a barely a year of marriage.
AGREED!! i luuvv khloe she is the most real and she’s the only kardashian thats not annoying. personally, i think she’s the most beautiful and DEFINETELY is not fat. but, coming from the background that i do (theatre) i know the pressure of people wanting u to b tihn, and feeling like being thin is compulsory.

Ohh, haha, sorry about that– I’m 5’8″ and wear a size 27 (US 4) or in cheaper stores a 2, but my weight is higher because of muscle. I guess looking at her she seems… solid? Not like tons of muscle, but she’s also not super gooey and soft.
I’m 5’9 and I vary between a 4/6 and I’m a lot smaller than Khloe but I agree that she does seem to have some muscle however I would have guessed she was a size 8…Maybe it’s the outfit that makes her appear bigger than she is?

I have to agree. I’m 5’10″ with a 27″ waist, and I’m a size 4-6 and smaller than she is. It might be the camera angle. Although I think she looks healthy, the Kardashians are notorious for lying about their size, and I don’t think Khloe’s an exception.

sizes arent what they used to be. they’ve been supersized, like food. people always say, “marilyn monroe was a size 12″ yea, she was a 12 in the fifties, that would probably be a 4 now. khloe being a 6 in the US is probably way bigger in european sizes. something to keep in mind

in really good clothes, i mean expensive clothes, a size six is much larger than you can imagine…i have chanel size twos that are actually large…it has been like that since the late eighties. sizing is just different in every brand….
i completely agree that some designer clothes actually runs big! Even in the not as high end designer clothes like BCBGMAXAZRIA run big from time to time. So she could very well be a size 6.
in all honestly I think Khloe looks good for her bone structure, nice and curvy and firm.

I agree that she is most definitely not a size 6- Kim most likely is though. Her bone structure is naturally too large to be that size- maybe a size 10? I feel like people just say that they are a size 6 for the sake of it- like Kirstie Alley.
I think the Kardashians in general shop at vanity sized locations. I think whatever size they claim to be, +1, is usually the correct size for them. I believe she has clothing that says size 6 on them, so that’s why she reports her size at that, but the measurements are probably closer to a size 8. She’s a pretty tall girl.

There’s something real about Khloe, and the way she speaks. It’s hard when you’re as tall as she is (5’10″) to stand next to your two sisters who are like 5′ and 5’2″ and not seem a little bigger. But I think she looks great, and her mother was way out of line to say that to her about the QuickTrim.
I totally agree with you. Khloe doesn’t have her sisters body type. I couldnt imagine how hard it is for her to be attacked for your size constantly when you’re at a normal weight.
Yep, Khloe seems the most real out of all of them. She’s not afraid to tell it like it is, which I love! Unlike Kim, who seems like a people-pleaser and someone who can be a chameleon depending on who she is around or what type of magazine she is posing for. I suppose that’s just my interpretation of her personality, but I definitely respect Khloe’s solid knowledge of who she is.
Completely agree. It’s hard being tall sometimes, I can only imagine it would have sucked even more if I had sisters who were small and petite. Because of her height, she does automatically seem so much bigger when she’s actually a normal and healthy weight for her height.

That is an awful thing for a mother to say and totally unnecessary. It’s not like she’s very overweight and it’s affecting her health/daily life activities. A mother saying that to their child purely for money is just awful.
uuugh these Kardashian sisters really annoy me, but that’s another topic. Considering most of the US clothing industry has unregulated sizing requirements, I would highly doubt she’s a true size 6. She looks to be about a size 10 to 12 IMO. In any case, whatever size she’s wearing, she shouldn’t base her level of fitness on that alone. I bet she’d never reveal her BMI.
I think the resaon she’s had so many comments about her weight, might extend from the fact that she’s famous solely based off of her looks. One might question the relevance of her in the social media limelight if all we see is a tub of lard. this is just IMO- but I know other people out there think the same thing!

What I don’t understand is why so many of you think a size 6 is small. Why wouldn’t Khloe Kardashian be a 6? Look at size charts – a size 6 for anywhere from a 27 to 29-inch waist depending on the designer/manufacturer. How exactly is this waist size in any way petite?
It doesn’t get better for us size 0s either. Whenever I go to Old Navy *or* Neiman Marcus, all I see are these really WIIIIIDE-cut supposedly size 0 dresses and XS tops. Shop high. Shop low. Everything’s huge.

Exactly, a 27-29″ would be fairly slim on someone that height. And it wouldn’t exactly be big on someone shorter either.

Yeah same- I’m 5’10 with a 27 inch waist and people always make “You’re so skinny!” comments. Also, considering the dress size and waist measurements of the ‘average’ woman, a size 6 would be quite ‘petite’ especially considering the average woman is also quite a bit shorter! I still don’t think 27 inches is a lot, even on a shorter woman though, as kateuk said.
Dude, I’m 5’7 with a 27 inch waist and I get the “woah, you’re really skinny” comments way too often (it’s not as flattering as you would think :/). A 27 inch waist is pretty petite. Maybe not on someone’s Snooki’s height, but still. I have a friend who is 5’5 with a 27′ waist (we share clothes, but her boobs are bigger than mine
)and she looks very teeny.
That said, a size 4-6 is 26-29 inch waist, right? Well, in my oh so humble opinion, there is no way Khloe Kardashian is a size six. No. Way.
I haven’t been to america in europe we use different sizing, but I pretty much don’t believe that size 0 is “huge” in any brand. Even if its too big for you (you must be very petite) it’s still not going to be “huge”. I’m pretty sure most people’s bone structure alone does not allow then to fit in to a size 0.
In European brands I have tried, I am either a 36 or sometimes a 38 in bottoms. Supposedly (according to charts I’ve seen) that is equivalent to a USA size 6 or 8 – this is not the case. “0″ in many brands is so loose they will slide right off my hips. Of course, 0s in some other brands are too small for me. I agree that no one wearing a US size 0 is a very large person, but at the same time it’s really ridiculous how unregulated and inflated the sizes are here. 20 years ago and 20 lbs thinner, I wore a size 2 in most brands much more consistently. I was down to wearing 00s when I could find them, before I finally put on some weight a couple years ago.
There are some stores in the US in which a size “0″ is abnormally large. Gap and Ann Taylor are examples. I usually shop the contemporary designer section in department stores and sizing is more uniform there. I normally wear a US2, IT 40 and FR36. In stores notorious for vanity sizing a 0 is often too big on me. I don’t think Khloe is fat at all. I also don’t think size 6 is for “skinny” people, but is in the “healthy” range. I believe Khloe. I see short people who are way way chubbier than Khloe buying 6s all the
time. And for the record I am 5’8″ with a med-large frame. I should not fit into size 0 in any store. Trust me, vanity sizing is out of control in mass market stores not geared to young teens.
Hmm well as I haven’t had the pleasure of a shopping trip in the USA I actually didn’t realize sizes varied to such an extreme from store to store there. I know that sometimes, for me, I will buy something one size from one brand and it feels a bit smaller/bigger than the same size in another brand, but not to an extreme like that. Seems like it would be easier to have sizes simply in inches to reflect measurements rather than 0/2/4/6/8 etc
it doesn’t even have to be between brands or stores. a single clothes maker can have a size 2 that makes a pir of pants that swim on me and then one that I can’t zip up…. We hardly regulate food, why would we regulate clothes?
Well, I live in the US and it seems like a lot of people on this site over-exaggerate this phenomenon of “vanity sizing”. I have never found the clothes at GAP to be oversized. And, I’m usually a 12 who has had to go up to a 14 at Old Navy. Maybe I’m kidding myself. Look at my avatar. If I don’t get gastric bypass soon, I won’t be able to fit in a car.
it’s very hard to judge true sizes using clothes for the Gap because they have such poor quality control over their products. I have literally bought the same item of clothing in the exact same size and color from the gap in multiples before and got a completely different fit each time! sometimes Gap clothes are true to size and sometimes they run too big…it’s totally random.
Who are you people??? In my world, a size 0 at the Gap is impossibly small. A size 6 is wee, especially for a taller woman.

The Other Leah, maybe it depends on which items you pick out at The Gap. I know some items are sized correctly, or almost correctly (one size off). But most items are severely off.
I am a size 2, and in my experience, there most definetly is an issue of vanity sizing with the majority of their items.
Most sizes vary from company to company, because there is no such thing as standardized sizing, but I still have a general idea that I am a size 2. It may sometimes fit a teeny bit too tight, or a teeny bit too loose depending on the brand, but it’s still within a reasonable range for that size.
I try on a Gap item, and it’s double the size of any of the “size 2″ items of other companies. It’s several sizes higher than it should be. How is that not vanity sized?
You jokingly mply that you must be crazy thinking the clothes are what they are labeled as, but, I’m pretty sure my experience with the Gap is as accurate as your’s is. Maybe they vanity size only the lower sizes, but not so much the size 12 clothing? I don’t know, but what I do know is that I can’t find the Gap reliable in terms of sizes.
It’s def vanity sizing at the GAP, I am normally a size two but put on twenty lbs the last few months (let’s just say I’ve been having way way too much beer and cheeto fun) but I was recently in the GAP looking for jeans because my size 2′s were too snug for my liking (not a fan of sausaging myself into jeans) and those size two’s fit comfortably loose, in no way is my current body that size. And it’s a very common thing. It doesn’t mean that you are fat @ the Other Leah, it just means that we do find a lot of clothes are vanity sizing. I don’t want my clothes to lie to me If you are consistently a 12 throughout your shopping experience with other places then you lucked out because most of us find a huge range (like a 12 can range from a size 8 to a size 16 depending on brand, cut, style, etc…)

Another thing- 6 is small! Look at online sizing charts for ordering clothes. They always match up like so:
0,2 = XS
4,6 = S
8-10 = M, etc. So yes, surprise, people! 6 is small!
Hey Casey, I have dresses and skirts that are size 8, jeans that range from 10-16 (8 before I had my son). I have shirts from small to 2XL. I suppose I could CLAIM to be an 8, but most of my clothes are 12s and if you average it out out, it’s 12.
Hannah Beth, I posted my avatar (at the gym, no less) to SHOW people that a size 12 can be healthy, and proportionate, and not big or ugly. I have a large frame. When people on this site say that a size 6 is big, it really bothers me, because I don’t see myself as “big”. It’s all about honesty.

The way sizes vary so much is ridiculous. I generally say I’m a 14, but I have pants in a 12, skirts in a 10 and tops anywhere from a 10 to an 18! Bras are the same – variable sizes depending on the store and style. Even shoes vary for me by a size sometimes! So, I could take the smallest clothes I can fit and say I am a 10, but most of my pants are a 14, so I’ll stick with that!
A lot of stores don’t have good quality control, so that’s one reason. I didn’t really think much about vanity sizing – I don’t know to what extent it goes on. So, it’s kind of hard to be exact about sizing and I can see how some people might take the smallest size they can fit and say they are that size – but that’s definitely ‘vanity’ sizing! And it’s amazing that some people think the GAP size 0 is huge – it looks small to me! But I’m sure it varies just like a 14 does from store to store.

@Erica, I don’t think I’m big, I was just being really sarcastic to try to prove a point.
Even in the age of Kardashians, Vogue magazine, and models who are smaller than ever I don’t feel swayed. To be completely honest, those women make me feel good about myself. I love some of their fashion, and I appreciate their attractiveness, but I know that my husband doesn’t find them attractive- he finds me attractive. He thinks a curvy 10 or 12 is gorgeous, he appreciates the body of a plus model. And as Kardashians go, he finds Khloe to be the most attractive. I know he’s not blowing smoke up my A** because I’ve seen the women he’s dated before me, and I’m definitely the smallest and the curviest of them all. But even if I wasn’t married, I would still feel this way. I don’t have to restrict my diet completely, I don’t go to the gym everyday. I keep my weight in check, I actually count every calorie that does into my body, but it’s not because I want to emulate someone else, it’s because I want to be the best me! The best me is probably around a size 10. A perfect 10!!!
So, I appreciate all of your positive comments. And, I feel that there are a lot of women posting here who must be terribly insecure, especially if they can honestly say that a size 0 at The Gap is huge. And, the misjudgment of other women’s body types and sizes might indicate a skewed body image in themselves.
A size 6 isn’t big to me at all. I’m 5’9 with a 24′ waist and 35′ hips and I wear a size 6 usually. Normally a size 27′ waist would seem big to me but when I weighed a little more than now, I had that size waist and people still considered me small. So 27 is not that big depending on your height and your build.
There’s no way you are size 6! I have a 24 inch waist and 36 inch hips and I’m only a size 4!
24 inch waist is tiny, and 35 inch hips are tiny also. You are either a 2 or 4 but definitely not a 6.
im 5’9 and I have 25-26 in waist and I wear a 2/4 and i dont look thin at all. It possible that she could be a size 6 her body-shape looks like she is.. plus tv gives you an extra 10-15 lbs anyway
Thank you but I definitely know what size I am. I can’t fit a size 2 jeans past my thighs, 4′s can fit depending on where I go. American Eagle jeans–size 6. I don’t have large thighs or anything but it’s possible they’re bigger than yours. 6′s fit comfortably for me but like I said I do wear 4′s as well.
Perhaps the issue is more with the length, sometimes the smaller sizes come up shorter not just in the inseam but in the hip as well.
I’ve never really had an issue with length. To be honest, the only jeans I wear are from Hollister and AE and they’re plenty long. Length is not the issue, really there is no issue. I wear a 6-if other people who share my measurements don’t then that’s due to body type/shape. I just don’t like being ‘told’ that i’m not a six when I clearly know what size I am.

ummm….to be petite, you have to be 5’4 and under.
I think Bethany is referring to not thinking her waist size, is ‘petite’ not her height. I know you have to be shorter to be petite but the definition also confuses me; I’ve heard some people refer to some ‘bigger’ (size 16+) women as ‘petite’ because they’re little (height wise) while others say you have to be short AND tiny framed/skinny to be ‘petite’. I think it really just varies from person to person- quite similar to how the word ‘curvy’ is often used.
This has been confusing me for awhile. To me petite just means short. A lot of people use it to mean skinny it seems.

Figure skater, no one is calling you fat but if you’re recovered then what are you doing on a triggering site such as this? We disgust you? For having a conversation on sizes? This is a place that’s meant for discussing weights/sizes and a lot of people on here are saying a size 6 is small. There are some who disagree and many who do agree. To me, a size six is healthy range but it’s not small or big. I honestly think for your well being you should avoid these kinds of sites while you are still very sensitive to things like this. No one wants to see you fall into a self esteem trap
Apparently, I’m the only one that doesn’t think the mother was out of line. First of all, Khloe works and gets paid to be in an industry that is based solely on looks. Her craft is to look good. It may be harsh, it may be unfair, but so what? I have to spend hours and hours a day working on my craft (musician) to be successful, so I don’t see why she shouldn’t be doing the same. The fact that her mother is letting her know that her appearance is affecting sales is her mother’s job. Isn’t she her manager, as well? Isn’t she supposed to manage her client?
Granted, if Khloe was a normal person, she wouldn’t be considered fat (I HIGHLY doubt she’s a 6. I’m way shorter, but with a very similar build, and I’m an 8, but that’s neither here nor there). Unfortunately, she’s not a normal person, and to be in the career that she has chosen, she has an obligation to be slim. If it’s too hard for her to maintain, then she needs to think about pursuing a different career or get thicker skin.
Agreed. She’s not a 6 (except maybe in Gap or other vanity-sized brands) but it’s not like she’s a teacher or scientist. Her money comes from being in the celeb industry, so her mother was acting as a manager.
I think what makes her mother sound so awful is her lack of concern for her daughter’s welfare. If she wants her to daughter to stay in shape to help with the business that’s all good and fair, but there are nicer ways to say it besides ‘you’re ruining everything we worked for’ – talk about putting your career ahead of your family. Plus, i think we all know that if you want a person to change his/her behavior, criticizing them is the least effective form of motivation!
Anyway, i think it’s kind of ironic that her mother feels that way, because if you think about the kind of people who buy diet pills I am sure they can most relate to a person like Khloe who’s weight fluctuates and isn’t necessarily super skinny…if anything, she is more relatable to the average consumer than her sisters will ever be.
It’s not like she is a model, she is a reality TV personality, just like for example, snookie. Snookie isn’t thin or attractive. Having a reality show isn’t about looking a certain way and I don’t think looking good is Khloe’s ‘craft’, its about being entertaining enough for people to keep tuning in.
if she was only a reality star, it wouldn’t be as much of an issue. She’s marketing a weight loss product, do it’s her obligation to look the part. People want to see that the product works, and that’s why her mom is on her case.
But guys, make sure you take stories that people day with a grain of salt. I guarantee that her mom’s words were not that she was fat, but that she needed to drop some weight. Khloe probably just interpreted it as her mom calling her fat. We’re all guilty of this.

Rather than worry about the health of her daughter (both physical and mental), she’s more concerned about whether a company that probably shouldn’t be celebrity-sponsored in the first place is going to continue giving them money or not so that they pretend they’re taking it? If Khloe was obese then it would be a different matter, but she’s not even overweight! She looks perfectly normal sized for her height and frame to me. And all for some diet brand or whatever that they push on people? It’s really disgraceful.
I honestly don’t care what dress size or weight Khloe is, she’s as whiny and vacuous as her sisters (and mother) – but she doesn’t deserve to be made to feel so bad about her body. That Playboy thing was awful. Poor Kim got her naked pictures leaked, and it was her pimp-mom’s fault. I found it totally disgusting. Diet pills are SO unhealthy. Yeah, I seriously try to avoid the Kardashian shows because they annoy the hell out of me, but occasionally curiosity gets the better of me too! I think they are seriously some of the worst shows for impressionable young women – so superficial, bitchy and weight-obsessed. The fact that Khloe thinks she’s fat is really sad, not just for her, but for all the size 6 and up girls who watch it and are basically told to feel bad about themselves for not being under that size. If it’s not okay to be a size 6 (okay, I agree that she’s actually a 10, but we’ll indulge her!) at 5’10″, then what does it mean if you are a size 10 or 12 at that height – or at 5’4″? Does it make you some ugly beast who should be ashamed of yourself? By saying that anything over a 6 is not really acceptable in Hollywood, the place where a lot of women look to for their beauty ideals, it’s really telling women that they are unattractive if they wear more than a size 6 no matter what their height or build. It really makes me sad, because Khloe looks good to me and it’s awful that anyone should feel ugly or fat looking like she does! I think she’s better looking than Kourtney myself.
I agree. Khloe is my favourite one actually and she is not fat, not even close. What I’ve noticed is that for a lot of girls there are only two sizes: skinny and fat. It’s like anything in between doesn’t exist. I don’t get it.

I think she’s more like a size 8 which is also perfect for a 5’10 person. She seems to have more bust and hips than a size 6, and there’s nothing wrong with that as much as her mother does not believe so.
I’m not saying this is the case, but there are many celebrities who want to use a small size but also a big bust, and that can not be, the sizes are based on maximum contours, if the breast is increase size will increase, much as the waist corresponds to a smaller size.

A 25 inch waist is a size 2 when coupled with a 34-35″ hip size. But if you had a 25″ waist and say 37″ hips then you may well require a size 6. I have a 25″ waist and wear a size 2 in tops but size 4 in bottoms cos of my hips.
Since she is so tall, it is even less likely that she is a size 6. I am a size 6, and I am 5’4, 125 lbs, and carry weight evenly throughout my body. I just don’t think she has the same frame as myself judging by photos. I would say she’s a size 10 at the very least.

I think it suppose to be 36 (according to charts), but what I have heard, it is more like 38. At least when I look at charts, they tell me I am 6 (I am European 36) but the measurements are usually closer to 4.
It depends on what country in Europe, a size 6 U.S. is equivalent in France and Spain to a size 38, in Denmark to a 36 and Italy to a 42.
But yes, Serafiina is right, a size US 6 is in the size called “European” a size 36.

I dislike all of the Kardashians, but Khloe is the only one I can actually stomach. She seems to be the most genuine out of her sisters. Still, I don’t really pay attention to her or the rest of her family, because I feel they are talentless and only looking for fame. It sickens me how popular they are just for being “there.” Anyway, it’s really difficult for me to judge people’s sizes just from looking at them. She looks as if she could be a size 6 to me, but I’ve never worn that size in my life so it’s hard for me to tell. As far as I know, US sizes are 2 smaller than UK… so a US 0 is a UK 4. So that would make Khloe a size 10.. In the UK 8-10 is considered slim and 6 or lower is skinny generally. I would say that Khloe is a 12 which because of her height is totally healthy. Although its hard to say anyway what ‘size’ someone is as we are all many sizes. I wear a 10 even though my waist is an 8 and my hips/bust are a 12. She may wear a size 10 even if her exact measurements mean she is larger on the waist and bust? Meh, I think she looks good anyway, its just because she is constantly compared to her short sisters that she looks larger.

Could just be all hips with thinner legs and smaller butt. Or getting clothes tailored, which sucks for us who are built that way.
I think it’s more likely she is all butt with and narrow hips. Because big butts can be squished into smaller sizes but wide hip bones can’t.
Casey, I can’t reply to your comment, so I hope you see this- The last time I bought jeans from GAP was in 2005. I had lost a lot some weight, and bought a size 10. They were kind of tight, but being able to wear a 10 was a huge self-esteem booster. I haven’t bought anything from there in quite a while, but I stop in from time to time to look. I’m curious- I want to try on some jeans now to see how much things have changed. I bought a pair of GAP jeans from a 2nd hand store last year, and they were size 31. I didn’t bother trying them on and when I finally did, they were SO huge that I put them up in the closet with the rest of my “fat” clothes. So, I imagine things have really changed.

Maybe that might be the case…maybe they changed only recently. The first (and last) time I went to the Gap was around 2008. I tried on several different items (I always try on clothes before buying them, just a thing of mine), and I picked out size 2′s, because that’s what I usually am every where else, and everything was just super loose.
Maybe we should do an experiment and you can drop by now and see if it still is the same. I’m kind of curious as to whether they have changed recently or not, or whether it’s only certain items that are vanity sized and things like jeans are not. (shrug)
And I saw your other comment, I know it wasn’t in response to me but don’t be too bothered by the people who say that anything above a size 6 is too big. Often times it’s just lack of proper adjectives, or they’re thinking of an average height (5’5) with an average frame….in which case a size 6 might be some extra weight. But in your case you look perfectly normal.

My mum always told me to go on a diet if i felt like I was having a fat day, or when i was developing as a teenager. It is hard to ever think of yourself as beautiful or slim or healthy when people that close to you tell you otherwise.

I don’t think they’re bragging, but it is annoying that people seem to think that having a certain height/weight combination automatically makes you a certain clothing size. not only that, but just looking waist size and hip size alone isn’t always enough to predict clothing size! I know for example that my waist/hip measurement would put me in one size category, but my thighs are too big to fit into jeans that are supposedly “my size”. She looks like a dress size 6, pant size 8. There’s no way she is 10 or 12, that’s ridiculous! 10 is pretty big and wide, even for a 5’10″ girl. I saw Khloe last week at a Lakers game and she looks A LOT thinner in person. Man, I think the size debate has gone crazy on this post. I watched the episode the other night and I really think most every woman at one point or another in her life has felt like Khloe. Sure most of us don’t have moms telling us to lose weight be we all have times where we know we have gained and feel a bit uncomfortable and it get to be so frustrating. Whatever, I would kill to be 5 frikkin’ 10. I sometimes think that if I were taller, I probably wouldn’t have developed an eating disorder (this wasn’t a deciding factor, obviously, but a factor nonetheless). Maybe I wouldn’t feel like the lowest weight possible is the BEST weight.

I am pretty sure that her and I are the same size. I fluctuate between a 4 and a 8, so if asked I’d say I’m a size 6. I’m 5’9″ with a 28 waist and nobody who ever saw me in person thought I was fat, but when I take pictures standing next to my friends who are 5′ tall, I look like a giant monster. I used to have terrible body image as a teenager because of that but now I look back at pictures of me back then and it turns out I had a 6-pack…

I’m from New Zealand and reading this forum shows how much sizing varies. I have a 28″ waist and am 5’6″ and am a NZ size 12. I don’t think Kloe is overweight, she is tall and not skinny and she is often standing next to her very short sisters so she looks bigger. My guess is in nz she would be a size 14-16 which isn;t considered big for someone of her height. A size six in NZ has a a 24″ waist or smaller that is very small, especially if you are of average height or more. We don;t have size zero, normally a size six is the smallest size you can buy.

I saw a picture of some girls I used to work with, they’re not strippers, but they wear very little clothing at a certain restaurant. In real life, they’re TINY!!! Bikini ready. But, in the pics, they looked a whole lot bigger. It can be very deceiving.

I don’t understand what’s wrong with not being a size zero. I’m 5 ft 7 in and 150 pounds and a size 10. I am toned and muscular and I think I look great. I also eat pretty healthy and work out several times a week. If I work out a lot and am strict on my diet, I get down to 145. but then I start feeling light-headed and see spots when I work out hard. I am happy with 150 and a size ten. and it’s upsetting to me to work out so hard to look this way and still have people think I’m fat. but oh well, as long as I’m happy, that’s what matters. so screw what they think! Khloe is beautiful to me, i know she looks bigger than Kourt and Kim but the reason is she’s 5’9 when Kourt is barely reaching 5’0. I don’t consider being a size 6 is fat, i think is pretty healthy, it’s just that you guys in America beleive that being a bonny looking person is the sexiest thing when here in Spain we consider curves and actual meat sexier than ever.

No way she is a size 6… In european it is size 36. I am size 38 (which is US
and I am even a bit smaller than she is… So she may be “at the very end” of size 8
Khloe Kardashian is my absolute idol, I just love everything about her, including her shape! She’s so funny, we have the same humor and shes just real. Down to earth. She also relates most to her “audience. Her shape is so gorgeous and NORMAL. Honestly, people need to just chill the f out right now.

She looks like a freakin’ giantess! Where on earth does she shop to get into a size 6? Her hips looks to be over 40 inches for sure and that is not a size 6, she looks to be a 10-12
Honestly, I feel bad for Khloe. She honestly is not even fat, but it must be difficult being the taller and bigger one out of her siblings. I like her personality, though – she seems funny and isn’t half as annoying and self-absorbed as Kim. And in the end, that truly IS what matters above all else. I think people like Khloe most.
She is absolutely NOT a size 6. I think she looks beautiful, she’s not fat. But at 5’10″ (my height) a size 6 does not look like that. Size 6 on a shorter girl is much more curvy than a tall girl. It’s weird, but true. I think Tyra Banks said she was a 6 in the 90s, at the height of her modeling career. Many models are actually a size 4 now, although they are usually the ones in swim/lingerie, etc, because the modeling world is strange. Size 4 is much skinnier on a 5’10″ frame than a 5’0″ frame. Khloe isn’t 1 size bigger than a swim model. But she’s beautiful! The thing that is getting me is the fact that she’s lying about it. She should just be honest about her size.

I asked my mother the other night, knowing that Khloe is 1.5 inches taller than myself and happening to notice her SIZE (as I try to get a visual of what I may look like in public view); asking my mother, OMG! am I as big as she is? my mother said; “No, she is much bigger by body size than what you are”…and I am currently a size 14/16. If I personally weigh in about 209 lbs (yet, working on my weight issues), and still look smaller sized that herself, what does this say about Khloe? A size 6? Who is she kidding?

I am from germany and I lived in the states for one year. I can tell you Khloe is never a size 6. She is between 8-10. I guess Kim is a size 6 and Kourt probably a size 4.
I am the same height as Kim 5´2 and my weight is 120 – 125 also like Kims. Anyway I use to wear a SIZE6. Even if the sizes are different from Label to Label Klohe is never wearing a Size 6. Of course Khloe looks awesome the way she is!!!!
