Kelly Rowland: ‘If my butt is falling I’m going to pick it up’

In 2008, Kelly Rowland admitted she had breast implants, saying:
“I didn’t want to have double Ds and be a little bitty size 2 — that would look nuts!”
“I was sick of not fitting into my tops,” she says. “There was this one really hot House of Dereon top (designed by Beyonce’s mom, Tina Knowles) that I just wanted to fill that out! [After the surgery,] I put it on and I looked so good! I’m so happy. I feel complete.”
Recently, Kelly opened up again about having plastic surgery:
“If my butt is falling I’m going to pick it up. I’m not against it.”
“I’d never have Botox though – no way. I don’t want needles stuck in my face, that’s going to hurt. And I like to have expressions!”

i don’t know, i could swear that during the destiny’s child era, her nose was significantly bigger. i had the feeling that one day she came back and looked completely different. anyway, i gues it had to be kind of hard,always being the “not so pretty girl” next to beyonce, who is an extraordinary natural beauty…
never noticed that – and i was a huge destiny’s child fan in my super early teen years. and honestly, i never found beyonce such a beauty, always thought kelly was the prettiest out of them three.
hmmm i googled it. it shows what i saw back then, which does not have to mean that i am right.

I think she definately had a nose job, its really obvious, her nose is completely different to how it used to be. Beyonce has had a nose job too though, a much more minor change (and IMHO a change that did not make her the slightest bit prettier, only more “hollywood”), her nose used to be wider and flatter than it is now. The truth is they all get things nipped, tucked, shaved down, chiseled, inflated, and deflated in hollywood. At least kelly has been open about her boob job, there are plenty of others who get really obvious surgery and deny it.
i never though kelly paled in comparison to beyonce. i think she’s just as beautiful. and her nose does look different, but it could just be makeup contouring to make the bridge look smaller.
she sounds reasonable although i still believe plastic surgeries are usually just useless interfering into your body. but whatever makes a person happy.
she looks good though, really pretty and her skin is amazing. and her boobs look kind of natural as far as implants can.

it sounds like she’s saying she got breast implants because there was a top she really wanted to look hot in. Like, i can’t fit into this top, so let me drop thousands of dollars and undergo elective surgery to look good…I don’t think she meant it that way, but that’s the way it comes across.

I would never get implants myself after watching a documentary on how so many women have become sick after getting them, yet all the doctors and surgeons denied it all even when the women got better after removing the implants.

Well, my mom has had implants and they look awesome. I don’t see the problem about it. I think people make such an unecessary fuss about ‘going against plastic surgery’… I truly believe that if it will make you happy, you should go for it! (of course there are extreme cases (aka heidi montag) but when it comes to just one or two small operations…i don’t see why not.)
are you kidding me.. someone with implants and didn’t get big ole balloons. good for her, she looks normal. She looks great too.
I don’t understand how getting plastic surgery makes you a sell out. She is pretty much the same from the beginning of her career to now except for her hair and boobs (and maybe her nose). I mean, she was flat-chested. She wanted a little something more. I see nothing wrong with that.
Maybe she doesn’t realise it but those probably are DD’s…if she’s wearing the correct band size.
exactly. i hate how like 90 % of all women wear the wrong size. be aware so the rest of us that does can get more variation in sizes
i think so looks amazing….the boobs and possibly the nose were done they way plastic surgery should be done…to enhance your look not to completely change your look…shes always be my fave from DC

What i really like about Kelly is that she admits whatever surgery she’s had done without hesitation. A lot of celebrities, who have clearly had the helping hand of a scalpal, release statements insisting they’re “all natural”…. Despite the fact that their boobs/nose/botox/lips ect look blatantly false.
Well, she can’t be that “complete” if she needed breast implants to make her feel better about herself in the first place…
What happened to just accepting yourself for who you are, flaws and all? What kind of message is she sending to young women?? “Hey, get implants to fill out that cute top and you can feel ‘complete’ too!” Sigh.
I would get so much shit done, ngl. If it was risk free (and free, let’s just face it), I’d get a total body makeover.
She’s very honest (about the surgery). I don’t think people make as much of a big deal about it if the person is honest and upfront about it.
I think she was very sensible and chose a good size for her body. She doesn’t look fake like some celebs do when they get surgery. I’d love bigger boobs
her boob job is proportional to her body and that is rare among celebrities now, but that is a great thing! and if her butt falls… she could exercise more!
i thought her boobs are real!! surgeries are done very good so you cant see anything wrong. i like her, she looks amazing and natural
