Tori Spelling’s weight continues to plunge dramatically, yet she’s still not satisfied with her look.

The 90210 icon has shrunk to a skeletal 95 lbs (at 5’6”), say experts — and those close to her are begging her to get help!

Even her estranged mother, Candy Spelling, thinks Tori is anorexic and is desperate to bury the hatchet in order to help. She has made it clear that money is no object, and she’ll pay to send Tori to a top treatment facility, a family source tells Star.

“Candy is a nervous wreck over Tori. She thinks she is really troubled and anorexic. In all the years I’ve known Tori, this is the worst I have ever seen her.”

Tori — whose jean size has shrunk to a shocking 00 — admits that her diet changed drastically after her daughter was born in June 2008. “I just changed the way that I ate after I had Stella,” says Tori, who also has a 2-year-old son, Liam, with husband Dean McDermott.

The busy mom and author of Mommywood denies she has an eating disorder, but still admits that her meals often consist of scraps from her children’s leftovers. In one interview she said that could mean eating as little as a piece of hot dog, a broccoli floret and a single french fry — a scant 130 calories!

“Everybody is trying to figure out how to convince Tori she needs help,” another insider tells Star.

Spelling, 35, also says that she is thin enough having lost 40 pounds since giving birth to daughter Stella last year. “Obviously I don’t want to lose any more weight, ” she says. “But people haven’t seen me not pregnant in two and a half years. I’m eating healthy, I just have a crazy lifestyle.”

“I’m so blessed to have as many jobs that I have, but I do agree that there needs to be some downtime,” she says of her hectic schedule that can leave little time for proper meals… I’m the first to admit that sometimes I don’t have the time to sit down for a well-balanced meal,” she tells PEOPLE. “Usually like you kind of just finish whatever your child doesn’t eat. I’m like, ‘Cool, you have a few pieces of hot dog left and one broccoli floret and a fry, I’ll take it.’ ”

“I want to be a positive role-model for my daughter,” she says. “The last thing I want to put out there is that it’s acceptable to be too thin or have an eating disorder because you’re in Hollywood. I have two kids that I need to be healthy for because they need their mom.”

OK, definitely scary skinny territory, definitely extremely underweight. Her shoulder bones and chest bones are protruding, her arms are terribly thin and her torso seems super tiny.

P.S.: Apart from her body, the weight loss is not flattering her face (the generous make-up isn’t helping either).

It’s kinda sad, she used to have a great, naturally thin figure on 90210.

Tori Spelling has dropped to a frail 98 lbs. — and Star has learned that her mother is to blame!

In our April 13 issue — on sale today — we report that Candy Spelling, who the actress has been estranged from since December 2007, has ramped up the blood feud between mother and daughter by spilling many of Tori’s intimate secrets in a new tell-all, and the Beverly Hills, 90210 alum is so upset by it, she can’t even bring herself to eat.

“It’s not good,” warns an insider. “Tori’s so stressed over her mom’s new book, she has no appetite but is still exercising every day. Her friends are all worried that she may be anorexic. She’s now down to a size zero.”

Tori is 5’6”, so a 98 pounds weight would put her BMI around 15.8, severely underweight. A few weeks ago, it was reported that Lindsay Lohan (who is also 5’6”) is now 94 pounds – so what do you say?

I need to say it: Oh my, Tori is super skinny – yes, I think “too skinny” / unnaturally skinny! And sadly, it seems that she’s continuously losing weight. Rachel, on the other hand, looks better / fresher than usually (remember THAT time?) – she actually looks her age here (38).

Well, I just did a post on curvy girls in jeans and to be fair, the skinny girls need their denim post as well!
