Fashion designer Herve Leger (who made bandage-dresses oh so popular) recently opened up about the top models today, calling them ‘too skinny, too sad’. Let’s hear what he had to say:

‘If I had to go back to catwalk presentations I would be in a panic… Already the models I find are too skinny, too sad. I knew the age of the super top models, Linda Evangelista and Cindy Crawford, who were always lively and smiling. Today you go between several défilés and you will see the exact same type of girl – it just doesn’t inspire me.’

Even though in 2009, Jordin Sparks was quoted saying:

“I love food and I love my curves. I’m very strong-willed and I’m stubborn in that sense to where I’m just like, ‘No, I won’t be that way.”

… the 21 year-old singer joined the ‘weight loss’ club recently and shed 30 pounds.

How did she do it? By working out with a personal trainer:

“Any time I find time — or I’m not sleeping — he’s like, ‘Let’s work out, let’s do something.’ I’m like, ‘no,’ but he gets my butt up and I’ve got to do it,” Jordin says. “It’s fun to do that. He doesn’t keep the same thing every time,” Jordin says. “He shocks the body so you’re running, you’re doing throwdowns, you’re doing stairs, you’re doing lunges.”

LeAnn Rimes has been the target of many ‘you’re too skinny!’ comments recently, so she decided to reply via Twitter, saying:

“I am completely healthy! If people only saw how much I ate…”

“OVER It is right! I know how healthy I am, so really that’s all that matters.”

“Maybe it’s time for a nude pic so peeps can see how I look nowhere near what these stupid pics are trying to make me look like, LOL.”

Since Megan Fox’s appearance at the Grammy Awards, I’ve been receiving a lot of requests for ‘vintage’ Megan photos that show if and how much the actress has changed her looks in the past years.

Well, here’s your treat: this is a wide range of pictures from 2007 and 2008, all featuring a then-not-so-skinny Megan in lots of hot dresses on the red carpet, sharing smiles to the cameras or filming Transformers in white pants that showed off her curvier figure.
