Hot mom Jessica Alba (31) recently opened up to iVillage about feeling sexy post-babies, her weight and body image – let’s see what she says:

It’s really amazing how your perspective shifts and your definition of sexy evolves once you become a mother. Before having Honor and Haven, I was super-critical of my looks and worried more about inevitable changes to my body. I couldn’t even say the word “sexy” to describe myself without feeling funny and awkward.

But becoming a mom has definitely made me feel more confident and secure than I ever did in my 20s. Even though I can’t ever get down to my pre-baby weight before having Honor, my jeans don’t zip up the same way, and things just hang differently (all moms know how that goes!), I feel completely comfortable in my skin and my idea of perfection has changed. I don’t really care about my body image anymore because it just doesn’t matter now that I have children. Instead, I focus on my health, feeling strong, and making sure I’m up and running so I can spend that all-important time with the girls.

Having babies also helped me embrace my sexuality. Up until then, I was quite shy about it. But once I experienced how incredible and amazing it was to create a life, it was empowering. Now, I feel freer to express myself and just be me. Through motherhood I really came into my own and, for me, feeling sexy is all about this type of comfort, confidence, and true happiness.

We’ve had lots of requests to feature high-fashion model Coco Rocha – the reason? The Canadian beauty apparently lost a visible amount of weight in the past years.

Back in 2008, when Coco was allegedly 108 pounds at 5’10″ / 50 kg at 178 cm, she received criticism for looking ‘too curvy’ for the runway and advices such as “You need to lose more weight.  The look this year is anorexic.  We don’t want you to be anorexic. We just want you to look like you are.” To these harsh remarks, she replied:

“Last season I took diuretic pills. Once I took so many on an empty stomach that I was doubled over for hours. That’s the last time I ever did something so terrible to my body. No one wants to be caught with that photo ‘Model Eats Cake’” — and to make their fit models, and therefore their sample sizes, bigger — models are humiliated when zippers won’t zip up at castings.

In 2010, she said:

“You know what, I’ve stopped caring. If I want a hamburger, I’m going to have one. No 21-year-old should be worrying about whether she fits a sample size.”

Men think she’s a sexpot, but Megan Fox will never look good in her own eyes.

Botox, eyelid surgery, a nose job, cheek fillers, laser skin resurfacing and lip injections are just a few examples of the dramatic measures an expert believes Megan Fox has taken to alter her appearance. “I’m insecure,” the Friends With Kids actress recently admitted. “I [hardly ever] look at myself, even in still photographs.”

Even though her rep denies she’s had work done, a friend of the star tells In Touch that ever since Transformers director Michael Bay replaced her in the franchise, she’s become even more obsessed with her looks and has taken her quest for perfection to extremes.

“She was terrified that losing Transformers was bad for her career, so she decided to transform herself into what she believed to be beautiful,” the friend reveals. “Now she looks like an entirely different person.”

Plastic surgeon Dr. Robert Guida estimates Megan, 25, had up to $60,000 worth of work done, and as as result, looks much older.

Despite some of her closest friends begging Megan to stop messing with her face, the star seems trapped in a vicious cycle. “She can’t seem to pass a mirror without scrutinizing her appearance,” says her friend. “She’s always looking for ways to enhance her looks.” Clearly, she doesn’t believe in the phrase, “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.”
