Umm, that is NOT her nose, nor her teeth. Like really now, let’s not completely change the girl’s features. I mean, that nose is part of Sarah’s (and Carrie’s) charm and changing it is not doing her (them) any favor, just like it didn’t do any to Jennifer Grey.

I’m not even gonna comment on how they melted away like 15 years. But they did.

My explanation? Sarah is “cover-skinny” anyway so no Photoshop was needed there – so I guess the photo editors were a little bored and they decided to perform digital plastic surgeries.
